thanks for the video, I needed a tv to mount on the patio to watch baseball, movies etc during BBQ's, hanging out or party's. Since its outside I wanted something low cost and this fits perfectly. I picked it up for $79 so its good for that kind of thing

Great review! I have this TV coming in a couple of days to replace my 2015 Samsung Smart TV that I also have an Amazon Fire Stick. I know now the upgrade is going to be WAY more than I expected..........awesome!!! 😁
With a screen that small the difference between 1080 and 720 is very hard to tell I have the 24 inch 720 insignia and you absolutely cannot tell the difference between 720 and 1080 because of how small the screen is It’s when you get to the larger screens that 1080 and 4K play a major role.
Thanks for the presentation. I bought this same TV in 32 inch in 1080p. It was just a $20 increase in price. That dent in the panel, did not affect the operation of your TV. But, I don't know, if I would have requested a replacement. It appears it was dropped on a hard surface before if was boxed? Being such a cheap TV. It probably would be more hassle to return it, than to keep it.
Yeah I am sure it had a hard life before I opened it to get that dent. If this would happen to anyone I would recommend returning it as you have no idea how that damage may effect the longevity of the device life. I did not return and it is doing great but do as I say not as I do lol
I just bought this for my mother who was in a nursing home. They have cable there with the coaxial cable coming out of the wall which I screwed into the back of the TV. It is not using a cable box or HDMI but just regular cable through the wall. Instead of having her previous channels of 2-3-4-5-6 etc.....they are now labeled 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, etc..... how do I get them just to have regular numbers without the decimal point?

The one disappointing thing about this tv is the internal storage considering I paid $149 on Amazon and it's a tv it should have 16 gigabytes of storage flash memory is not that expensive give me a break what's sad is the fire tv series 2 has 16 gigs of storage and is $20 cheaper something isn't right here insignia 8 gigs isn't enough when fire os takes up 4 gigs and that's before Amazon installs bloatware it's absolutely rediculous it's a tv 16 gigs should be the standard for smart fire tv's

Alright, this is the 5th review of this TV i've watched, lets see if this one tells me the power jack requirement... if it does 12v DC or not. Should say on the power brick 12v DC out.
Yes it is very cheap but honestly when its on sale or heavily discounted the value is there for a basement, shop, kitchen, bathroom, garage, kids tv etc etc!

Another review fail. kind of important for those that want to put it in an RV or take it camping.
These TVs don't have a power brick it has an integrated power supply!

How is input lag on this TV?
Input lag is at 21:23 in video! It is high compared to computer monitors but make sure you are using gaming mode for the best experience!
