Just water at this point. It’s late and almost bed time. I just had to watch.
I need to get some just nice looking outfits made.
History bounding, maybe.
Work clothes where it doesn’t matter what era it’s from, just professional looking. A must.
Time has just been my enemy.
That’s a cool little machine.
It’s nice to see that for something meant for everyday, not going completely accurate.
Besides, no one usually sees the inside of your skirt.
You’re right the mismatch of the stripe looks intentional.
The skirt is really cool.
Great work!
See you next time.
Masala chai with all the warm spices. Love the skirt! Stripes are the best.
That looks fabulous.
I'm sat in my accommodation at Whitby for the goth weekend hemming my black and white bat skirt as I watch this video.
Why do the fun fabrics only come in 45 wide!!!
Traditional Remedies Echinea Plus. I sewed my Halloween blouse while watching. It is also Victorian and striped in Grey and tan.
Black tea and violet is sooooo good.
Also, your dragon wing handbag is so cute :o
🖤lovelly skirt 🖤
That yea sounds amazing! I went to their site and I want ALL their teas now 😂 The skirt looks amazing! You can’t go wrong with black and white stripes! 😍
Plain old rooibos, as always, but today I've got some dark chocolate with blueberries and almonds to go with it.
Excellent skirt. I really liked the Night Circus one as well. I always enjoy seeing people experimenting with little details, and reminders that even experienced sewists can put things on the wrong way.
I love that blouse with this, and the umbrella is 👌
I have a some loose leaf rooibos and a rooibos blend. How do you prepare yours? I can never seem to make it right… or maybe this tea just isn’t for me but I don’t want to let the tea go to waste.
@@ninad205 I usually use teabags, but when I use loose-leaf, I make it just as I would ordinary black tea. Unlike real tea, rooibos doesn't overbrew. It will reach full strength in about five minutes, but I've left rooibos overnight and it's still been drinkable in the morning, apart from being cold.
Rooibos has a slightly sweet taste that doesn't appeal to everyone. I don't like flavoured rooibos, as I find most flavours need the bitterness and tannin of real tea to balance them out.
*confused* well, i’m drinking painkillers rn.
Lipton noodle soup for me. 😆 this is making me want to pull out my Halloween striped fabric I bought 2 years ago and still haven't used. I need to make a Witch hat before I do that. Got to love striped skirts.
I'm a sucker for a good striped skirt and the grey/black combo on this one is just *chef's kiss*. Perfect for the season. Happy Halloween!
Classic Lipton black tea with 1 tsp sugar 🧐😉
Fantastic skirt! Me and my cocao enjoyed it immensely.
Looks fantastic!
Yay striped clothing! 😁
(Drinking water)
oooo. so spoopy. the extent of my halloween crafts was carving a pumpkin, but I did a cat face and I was very happy with it.
Yay striped skirt!! They always come out awesome!
Spoopy season skirt! It turned out really well 😍
This is a terrific and stunning result from quilting cotton, the stripes are fabulous. Love the parasol/sunbrella with it! The perfect accessory would be one of those insertion lace blouses with a high collar (in black of course) but I understand "Texas" and how much fun long sleeves would be with the variable weather there.
I have one in white (video from last Dec) but yeah it’s still hot. I am planning to make a black insertion lace corset cover though, to wear as a shirt
Very cool. I like the look of striped skirts, but personally would need to alternate dark colors (mud + dog = constant hem-to-knee stains). 🎃
Beautiful skirt!
It’s gorgeous
Those mismatched stripes would drive me insane, but that's my OCD perfectionist streak showing. I don't even sew stripes if I can avoid them due to that issue. And don't even mention plaid to me. ;) It does look good on you though, so if you're happy - all to the good...
As to my tea of the day, RMS Titanic Blend from Harney & Sons Teas. It's a historically inspired blended black tea. I love it.
That is why they recommend you buy extra if you need to pattern match. This is all there was though.
I love it sooooo much!
Water; cold water. I am groggy and need to wake up before I brew anything more interesting.
The skirt came out beautifully; I also love the symmetrical non-matching at the seams!
Ps- thanks for the Addams Family earworm. 😂 I’m wandering around the house in my slippers going “duh duh duh dum!” and snapping my fingers.
Right? Can't get the theme out of my head now either!
