The dough: 120 ml water, 1/2 cups 1 Tbsp olive oil, 15 ml 2 Tbsp sugar, 25 grams Zest of half a lemon Pinch of salt 75 grams all purpose flour Cook like 1-2 minutes,cool the dough Add 1 whisked egg and mix Then add the second egg. (This is a pate choux dough.)
