- I haven`t been able to ride the T7 properly due to very low temperatures and a lot of rain. But, in the mean time i got the #mitas Enduro Trail XT+ tyres on the bike, so as soon as the weather was nice, i was good to go.
This is not an actual review for these tyres, but this short ride let me get the feel for them and the grip the front tyre provides.
I also needed to get back in the saddle since it has been around 2 weeks since i had last ridden in the mountains

Amaizing ride, amaizing views, amaizing terrain, amaizing bike! That's cool, bro 😎
Tank you dude!
Been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now, and you're by far the best T7 channel out there ( and trust me I've watched a lot ). Great riding, great scenery, great camera, great sound and great conversations ! You should talk more about your beautiful country ( Romania I believe ? ). This channel will for sure hit a lot of subscribers really quick given the quality of the videos. Keep it up ! And shootout from Southern California :)
Thank you, I really appreciate it. I plan on doing different videos as well, showing you guys more of Romania, it has lots to offer. I just need the time for it :) So far all the videos on this channel are shot 20 minutes from home.
@@WildGoatADV Oh man I can't wait to see the future videos then if the content you already offered was 20min from home haha
@@riderdu2178I just need time, my daughter will be born in a month, so i hope i will get to go on a trip before she is here and show you a part of the Romanian TET
thanks for your feedback! I ve adopted them on my Tiger 800 and I had also a very good feeling from the first TET ride. Great trail & place where you are riding!
This place is near the Romanian TET
Gorgeous landscapes ! Glad to see you're back, love your videos 🤘
Thank you man!
Came here for the bike, stayed for the views and the rider kudos! Looking forward for more of them hope you get better fron your wrist.
Thanks, hope to deliver more stuff soon
thankyou as always :-) so lovely to see your country, you are blessed having these never ending trails
yes we are, glad you enjoy the videos :)
perfect place with perfect bike ,awesome videos 👌
thank you dude :)
Nice Review of the tyres and great riding! Looking forward to visit some parts of romania myself in September with my ES700. What a beautiful landscape!
thank you, appreciate it! Text me on instagram before you get here. my insta account is @wildgoatadventures.
@@WildGoatADV I will! Seems I finally have to create an insta account...still dont have one!🤣
Dope again, my dude!
Appreciate it!
Amazing riding! Had my T7 for one year and this type of riding is my absolute favorite. I am not a pro rider but how people say they need more power than the T7 for offroad driving baffles me. The T7 hits the sweetspot in my eyes for weight, performance and price.
Thank you! I agree, you dont need more power, it just works anywhere. People complain about not being able to lift the front, but more power would mean traction loss on dirt. You need to use your body to make the bike do what it you need it to do. P.S. i am also nowhere near pro level, i have just been riding 2 wheels all my life and simply enjoy pushing it a bit :)
Scenery is amazing there
This is just the tip of the iceberg :) hope i can show you more soon
Man I've been trying to find a place to buy these tires for the last two months with no luck. Glad I get to see you running them as a preview to the fun I'll get to have once I find them.
I got them delivered over night, but i am in Europe. Get them if you can, they are good in my opinion
Awesome video! I have just got the same rear tyre but gone for the Mitas C21 on the front. Looking forward to testing this weekend 🤙
thank you! Maybe i will go for that one when my front is done, price is better. Is it thick enough to take hard hits with a tube?
@@WildGoatADV I hope so! 😂
wow , i like speed at dirt man !!
i try when i change tyres to mine T7 the Motoz Tractionator ...
ride safe ,cheers from Greece !
Same to you man, ride safe
Excited, have a set of those tires lying around to go on after I run out of my Rallz
I have never ridden Motoz, but i think you would like these, especially the front tyre.
When the horse kicks you off, you get straight back again! Great feedback about the tyres. Enjoyed the video even if there were a few bum clenching moments when you were properly sending it 🤣
Thank you, this bike just makes everything feel right, even the bum clenching moments :))
@@WildGoatADV Your riding skill and footage from the dji make the T7 look epic! That exhaust sound is also so good.
You drive very well, perfect
thank you man!
One of the friendliest crashes I’ve seen
Probably is :))
I reckon that was an xDrive badge unless he did an xDrive swap from an X3 maybe.
You properly send that T7 thats for sure! 👊
I dont think many people realise how rough that terrian is. GoPro cant show depth very well. The insta360 does a good job of that.
Its a factory 325xi as far as i can tell.
Thank you, appreciate it! And you are right, its rough but not the worst you have seen, but rough enough to throw you off the chosen line if you do a mistake
Hi, I've just had an XT trail + fitted to the rear of my AT
Dealer couldn't get my usual E10 dakar in time for next trip. Very noisy so far just scrubbing in.
maybe you need more pressure on the road? Michelin Anakee Wild was way noisier with offroad pressures than Mitas Enduro Trail XT+. If you inflate them for the road they might quiet down, hope this helps
At the 15:44 mark, I think they made it wider so quads, SxS's, and maybe even Jeep type vehicles can run it. Or maybe they just wanted forest service access. Where is this? Probably wouldn't hurt to put it in the title or description. Keep up the great riding and filming! I wish I had your offroad riding skill level.
This trail is in the middle of Romania(Sibiu city). Got no clue why its been widened, some use for acces to their land in the hills, but that doesnt go that high up
@@WildGoatADV Are you an American living in Romania or is your English just that good?
@@underthedrone2735I am Romanian. I watched cartoon network growing up :)))) it took me a while to talk freely on camera
Skillful riding. Epic scenery. Awesome video.
Keep it up!
Thank you :)
nice 👌🏼
Thanks 🔥
Great video, as always. Are you running the stock suspension, or did you get aftermarket one?
Thank you, its stick, i just installed uprated springs
@@WildGoatADV I want to upgrade mine. Thanks again
I have one other question
Do you guys have wild animals?? Because it would be hard to ride that fast around here. There's deer and other creatures that pop out in the trails and road, all the time
@@ADVDad-hw9ls yes we do. There are deer, bears, foxes, and others.
@@WildGoatADV enjoy and ride safe

The big question for me is the ease of getting the rear off the rim on the trail. Not found a trail friendly 150 rear yet and I don't want to be lugging round anything more than just normal lightweight tyre levers. I've got a Pirelli MT21 (140) on the rear of mine, gives excellent grip, especially in mud and a Tracker on the front - both also very good in sand. The MT21 is super easy to get off the rear rim, the Moto Rallz I had on before was a pig to get off with just normal tyre levers, which doesn't make it a realistic trail friendly tyre in my view. So how easy to get off the rim is the rear tyre with just normal lightweight trail tyre levers? Thanks
Well i was lucky enough to never get a flat woth this bike. The michelin anakee wild was a real pain to get on and off, the mitas(non dakar version) seems to work easier, smaller tyre levers might not be the best tool, but doable.
Do you run Pirelli mt21 on the stock rim?
@@WildGoatADV yes - watched a vlog of an Australian company that runs a fleet of T7s and they fitted the proper Pirelli rally tyres not the crappy STRs and said they work very well in a 140, but the mt21 is better in the mud, which we get a lot of in the UK. I’ve never had a puncture on any bike, even when racing mx for years, but if on a trip then what are you gonna do if you do get a puncture? So for me the 140s make sense as you can get them off the rim easy, unlike most 150s. Seems to me puncture repair on the rear on the trail is an issue everyone is avoiding
@@WildGoatADV so are you carrying round those massive motion pro bead breaker type levers when on a long trip?
@@twowheeledadventuresuk2739no, i got 3 short ones, hope dont ever need to use them
What a trail
i will try to show more amazing places soon :)
kay dude, be safe 🤠@@WildGoatADV
Hello, is the road marked on any app?
I guess I could take some days off and check it out with my 0 skills.
Thanks and ride safe.
hi man, text me on intagram. @wildgaotadventures
@@WildGoatADV will do, ty.
Ultimul drum e bucata de la Radio Sadului la Păltiniș?
da, Valea Pinului
Acelei portiuni de pe V. Pinului i se mai spune "autostrada" 😉
E un pic de autostrada da ultima portiune e plina de bilute de piatra
any suspension upgrades?
No, just heavier springs front and rear
Vezi ca ai numit capitolul de la 12 "frana" :))
Ai dreptate :)) multumesc
what suspension are you running? this cant be stock?!
Yes it is stock, i just put the right spring weight in and adjusted it
@@WildGoatADV wow impressive.
Is that tenere extreme ?
No it`s the normal version.
i put a mitas terror force 140 on rear of my T7 I DO NOT LIKE IT. THE PROFILE IS TOO ROUND ON ROCKS ITS LEAMS TOO FAR AND IS TUCKING THE FRONT ON THE ROCKS MUD ITS GOOD. I AM GOING BACK TO A REAR MITCHELIN TRACKER ITS GOT A FLATTER FOOT PRINT AND IS BETTER ON ROCKS AT SPEED AND GOOD IN THE MUD. two rides on the mitas and i hate it.
the terra force i think is mostly an enduro tyre, not really ment for this big ass bike.
Saluti
3k km and its gone....
MItas E10 lasted for 2000km, but i abused it all the time
@@WildGoatADV 11,000kms on both front and rear XT+ Dakar.
Hi m8. Great video as always. What exhaust you have ? The sound is amazing. I need the same on my Africa Twin 🙀. SC ?
thank you! i got a mivv dakar, i think they make one for the africa twin as well
@@WildGoatADV thank you very much for answer. 👍
