When Steve said, “Oh god.” I knew everyone knew they’d lost everything.
2:59
I still remember when me and my gang of 8 loud mouth friends watching this movie together, and all of us went silent when this scene happen. Its the quietest moment in cinema i've heard in my life...
it was the most eerie and sinister thing when it happened. the theater was dead quiet. it was an amazing thing to experience for sure.
For sure
🧢
At first, I didn't realized that the OG 6 survived.
That was the first mistake thanos left
If you think about it the movie depended on them surviving the snap.
I think Thanos might’ve purposedly assured that at least Stark would survive the snap out of pure respect.
Thanos want them to feel "how it's like to lose"
This was the big moment of 2018, it ended sadly, made us wait a year later
That wait was one of the longest waits ever.
@@spindriftmoa1517 totally
I remember when the whole theatre just went pin drop silence during this scene. No sounds, no tears, just pure shock and numbness.
🧢
“Mr. Stark…..my Spidey sense is tingling like a MF!”
“Sam, where you at?" The imposter called out, convincingly.
👽 🤣
Back when the MCU used to mean something
Agreed
Man it's absolute horseshit now. They laid a foundation for absolute greatness and it's really going to hell but the signs were there. Hulk and Thor and Tom Holland.
@@YusufEbr hulk and Thor are now jokes
Cry
The rumbling is thunder
Not Thor’s thunder, but the thunder of doom throughout the universe
The look on Natasha’s face when she sees Vision dead and the Mind Stone gone, the way she grabs her stomach, and starts shaking ever so slightly all make her seem like she’s about to spontaneously combust from the shock and grief and horror. A phenomenal piece of acting by Scarlett Johansson.
The “something’s happening” line is so eerie.
Damnnnnnnnn, I want to go back in time and watch the Infinity War movies in theaters again. 👏👏👏👏👏👏
First time we felt a loss at the end
I remember walking out of this movie with my niece and nephew. Like the rest of the crowd we didn't say a word.
We got in the car and set there in silence for about 10 seconds longer than simultaneously screamed.... "what just happened"!!!!!!!!!!
Movies are moving stories.
Stories are best when they evoke emotion thought and conversation.
Few movies had this level of a collective core shaking effect.
🧢
We need another avengers film to this and endgames caliber. Hopefully Deadpool and Wolverine, fantastic 4 kick things off again for marvel.
Never happen. Woke killed the movies. I haven’t been to a theatre in years, not even for the Chosen.
@@GORT70oh boy
@@TheCandyGamingChannelhe’s right . I haven’t either , and neither have a lot of my friends . We won’t soon forget how we were made to feel lesser for not taking an experimental vaccine , talked down to for how we choose to live, regardless of political affiliation. We are tired of the forced message being shoved down everyone’s throats. So we choose to act with our wallets. It’s the only way….and to be honest, I don’t miss the theater, and I’m sure hollywood doesn’t miss MY money…but they will certainly miss OURS.
@@GORT70 even apart from that, they don't have the writers to do it and the super hero schtick has worn thin on viewers.

I could enjoy the MCU when it was a movie every few months, now I have to pay for a monthly subscription to watch a dozen series to understand 5 minutes in the latest movie. I just don't have time for that.
When Peter got dusted everyone was crying in the theaters 😢
"We just lost..."
If you think about it. 14,000,605 possibilities. A good chunk if thise they lose is them not rolling the dice on who gets dusted. They need this exact people to survive the snap. Big risk from strange considering is completely random
well...that was factored into the odds.
"This is the only way"
Thor: "Uhm, yeah... About that..."
The original six were unaffected by the snap
And so it comes full circle in Endgame.
I still remember the sniffling in the theater. Nobody was talking when we walked out.
🧢
If that had been the end of the series, that would have been life. Very powerful.
Peter & Tony break my heart every time 😢
It’s like they are suffering lots of pain just before turning into dust
Nope, the only difference is spider sense can sense it coming while regular ppl cant.
I wish I could erase my memory so I could experience the feeling of seing this for the first time, Doctor Strange’s “There was no other way..” Always gives me chills
I saw this in the theater and understand some of this MCU.
Thought to myself in this scene:
"Well, I certainly am glad I am not emotionally invested in this film series."
As the crowd moaned and cried around me.
When Marvel was cinema and not a stupid joke like now
Tom Holland brings me to my KNESS every Time!!!! I just lose it!
Those of us who read Infinity Gauntlet, we knew this was coming.
But we didn't know it would feel like a punch to the gut when it ended.
All Marvel Media Characters are been disintegrated by Thanos.
1/2 technically
If they had Sentry or Owen or Reed or even Doom, this wouldn't have happened.
RIP AVERAGES FNINTIY WAR MOVIE 2018
Remember when people were blaming Starlord for this
I mean...it kinda was his fault. They had him and Starlord let his emotions get the best of him and ruined it.
@@jonathanwilliams1974 yeah. But it's okay. We get Endgame
I always disliked how they blamed him for the snap. It's like they didn't realize that even if they had taken the gauntlet from Thanos' hand, he would've gotten it back eventually. Aside from the fact that Starlord's rage was very human and even Tony understood right away what he was going to do, because he would've done the same.
They basically kept the stars
How life’s felt since 2020
It's so weird how all "brian" accounts online like this are all MAGAts. Almost like someone out there is being dishonest.

TONY STARK AND PETER PARKER
Best fight scene. Best reaction from dora after black panther is gone. Good to see Captain America got his butt whooped
They all got beat. Whether on Titan or on Earth, they were fighting as a team and they got beat. They all lost.
I need to see more of these villains win and getting what they want so it makes further movies more dramatic and interesting instead of belittling them with trending dances and corny shi
all this because Q does not like to stick to the game plan. he could of just gotten his 101 afterward but naw...
How come MCU Thanos doesn't use the Infinity Stones to create and provide enough resources for everybody in the universe?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Because that would have ended the same way. People would of used the resources up and not learned anything and would expect another snap. Removing half and not erasing their memory of the event makes them fearful and thankful for what they have.
You would have all the same problems and huge population booms, nothing "fixed".
To this day I am still thinking the reason why some of them got "Snapped" because:
- Spiderman, Doctor Strange, and Scarlet Btch
incursion to Multiverse in No Way Home and Multiverse of Madness
- Yelena
Manipulated by that female hydra and accusing Clint for murder Natasha
- Sam and Bucky
Bully New Captain America and Sam supports terrorist
- Monica
Support Scarlet Btch for enslave one town people in Wanda Vision
- Nick Fury and Agent Maria
Skrulls rebellion
- T'Challa/Black panther and His Family
His Death, Shuri and their mother will cause a fatal to Wakanda people due to Namor
- Guardian of the Galaxy(Except Nebula and Rocket)
Due to their arrival, The animal experimental planet destroyed by High Revolutionary
That's all for my thoughts but I believe some of them might be nonsense.
MATTHEW EDWARDS AND LEDGED
Why did Rhodey ask what was happening? Did he not know about the stones?
He knew, but he was in the treeline and couldn't see what was happening. When he saw the group gathered looking deflated, he still didn't understand what just happened.
Technically, at this time since his fall from Civil War, he's a skrull.
2:51 where is hulkbuster legs?????😮
this and endgame was the peak of marvel and comic book flicks. outside of batman that is. they will never again get this good and especially after all the crap they put out after these two great movies
Infinity War was much better than Endgame. The only DC movie I'd put remotely at this level would be The Dark Knight, and then that is a stretch. That movie has a great villain, but the rest is okay. Batman and Alfred and Morgan Freeman and Two-Face ... they're all good, but not great. Infinity War is just a master course of moviemaking begin to end.
I love it when the bad guy wins😊
Infinity War was the absolute pinnacle of the MCU, the best it gets. It's the Empire Strikes Back of the MCU. It puts the heroes in their worst possible scenario. The villain wins. Half the heroes are dust. The other half are scattered and without hope. It was brilliantly done.
I'm sorry. But your people can't win!
What if it were the other half that got blipped
There's no way to hunt down Thanos, and even if they could, their heavy hitters are gone. They've got Wanda but she doesn't have the rage necessary to take on Thanos. Thanos takes the whole team.
But, let's say they do somehow find Thanos (probably Captain Marvel) and they do beat him, so? The Infinity Stones are destroyed. When Ant-Man comes back, there's nobody to build a time machine. They're just stuck living with their loss.
@@Michael-dy2lb they can still with Shuri and Hank but forming a team might prove difficult.
@@sLasHeRxXx07 Hank who? Hank Pym? He's snapped.
@@Michael-dy2lb he was snapped but not with the "other half" Im talking about
@@sLasHeRxXx07 Okay, so if by "other half" you mean the other half of the whole universe, I could see that. I was thinking the other half of the Avengers, and Hank Pym isn't an Avenger by any stretch.
In Endgame during the final battle when Thanos orders his ship guns to open fire on everyone below, Rocket throws himself over Groot.
A tiny moment in an epic battle that lives rent free in my heart.
Banner's face at the Hulkbuster looks terrible. Worst CGI ever.
so populations a problem in a universe with renewable clean energy the size of a hockey puck and spacefaring civilizations with space stations that don't even need planets? god this is stupid. Thanos being in love with death in the comics was corny but at least it made sense as a motive.
The guy who plays spiderman ruined this scene with his overacting.
The reason is because of his Spidey sense. Everyone else didn’t know what was happening until they started to disintegrate. Spider man’s Spidey sense warned him what was happening and therefore he had that time to be scared and knew of his impending doom.
The golden era or the MCU, we had a good run.
Why only few survived?
Not few. Half of the population survived.
