- I've never spent this much money on food before but here are 5 different ways to use caviar in everything ranging from breakfast all the way to dessert. Years ago I had an extended layover in Heathrow. I thought I was dead broke, but it turned out I had $1,000 in my bank account. I promptly headed over to the caviar bar there and blew $800 on caviar and champagne. Somehow knowing how broke I was made it even better. Unfortunately, I haven't had any since.

Fact : this Caviar used to be given free at hair salons or left to rot on the beaches but because of climate changes the sturgeon fish become endangered species and their numbers decreased so the production of caviar also decreased And that's why caviar is expensive

this is from tsar nicoulai! they do some pretty sustainable caviar farming in CA so it's also pretty local to me
i imagine a crispier fish would've add more texture to the bite together with the popping bursting caviar.

Fun video but imho high-end premium caviar should be enjoyed solo with champagne or vodka as the only accompaniment. Use the lesser grades in recipes and dishes. The good stuff stands alone and deserves 100% of the focus.

most caviar tins are coated on the inside with a non-reactive coating so the caviar isn't actually touching metal!

Do you have a culinary background? Or are you just fully self taught. In either case, both your food and presentation creativity is off the chart. Im gonna giess you have a culinary background
self taught! i'm definitely not great and there's gonna be videos in the future where the goal is to improve my skills (ex: my knife skills are quite bad), but i just love food and exploring cooking/restaurants :)
