From Cow to Pasta: Cooking With A $2,500 Cheese Wheel

Okay yes, most of you will not have access to a giant Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel BUT you all can go to Italy to learn how it's made AND you can buy chunks of it in most stores to use at home in some amazing dishes ❤️
This was one of my favorite ingredients to use and getting to see how it's made as well made it even better. What should I make next?
