- Today, we got to treat David Beckham to Jeju-style black pork belly! There were so many foods we properly wanted to show Beckham, so we flew chefs from Korea to prepare a full course Korean meal! From Pork BBQ to Kimchi stew + steamed eggs + fried rice!!

David is such a good role model. I'm not British, but I feel like he definitely does a good job of representing his country. He's so cultured and such a gentleman. Glad to see that after such a long career with strict eating habits he's able to explore different cultures through their cuisine!

I appreciate that David Beckham actually seems like a decent, genuine person. Also a big plus that he appreciates food from around the world and is encouraging his kids not to be small minded picky eaters. I really sensed his warmth in this interview. I cannot get over how DB talks about his kids over and over, because that is the cutest of all. And every time they have birthdays, I noticed he makes posts on instagram and it really shows how much he cares about his family. One of the greatest football players of all time and one of the greatest dads as well. We love seeing you on this channel David!
I loved when Brooklyn was on live and his dad comes in the room to tell him they’re leaving. David notices he celebrating having some social media followers and David mentions how many millions he has and walks out the room. Brooklyn looked defeated as his dad trolled him. 🤣

Josh and Ollie mentioned this in a podcast with the try guys, apparently he wasnt in his best mood the first time they did an interview because some kpop group that he was supposed to be meeting was late or didnt show up, or something like that. But he was still a really good guest despite that. But definitely his mood in this one is way brighter. ❤
David Beckham is such a wonderful ambassador for England. Humble, genuine and full of gratitude. The press in England gave him such a hard time at points in his career but he has risen above it all. Kudos to the man and to Josh for allowing for his true light to shine.

I am super impressed that his daughter likes kimchi like asking she needs another jar as it is running out lol. And what an open-minded parent he is that letting his kids try different food every time he finds something new which to me is really important to get into and start to understand their culture.

As a kid from the US David was my first introduction to soccer/football in England in the early 2000s. He was my favorite player for a few years, but as he moved on so did I. Hadn’t given him much thought in years until recently watching the Netflix documentary. I love him. He is just such a nice wholesome guy and he is so likeable.
Josh's expression of pure joy at 10:50 is one of the reasons I LOVE his channel so much. It's so clear how much passion he has for sharing the joys of Korean culture with so many people, and the genuine excitement he gets when people understand his love for Korean food. Incredible video as always.

I just have to say, I have met DB twice and even interviewed him once. He is such a lovely guy, very engaging, smart and funny. He speaks with such thoughtfulness and respect, there is something very humble about his curiosity and wit. When you speak to him, you feel like you’re chatting to a friend, but at the very same time, you understand the true meaning of star power - he just has it, he’s magnetic. Don’t have enough nice things to say about him in all honesty.

Yes I saw the video till the end. Maybe you need to understand the context of the msg displayed in the end. Let me break it down for you....
First off, I did not mean to disrespect any party involved in this episode. I was simply appreciating the hard work and business decisions that went into making this happen. As I have worked with international hotel brands and TV channels like Fox network. So I know a little bit about this.
The msg at the end of the video states: "This episode wasn't sponsored but we like to say a special thanks....."
If you read the entire msg they clearly thank the Macao government for helping with flying and logistics. But when the entire trip wasn't sponsored it means a huge chunk of their own wallet went into it. There are countless costs that come with this type of feat they pulled. Sourcing the best materials, flying chefs all the way to cook, chefs who were working with reputed hotels (hotels have strict policies nobody allows their chefs to take an off just to cook for a celebrity). Hotel and flight isnt the only thing on the organising team's list.
When I said the relevant people dint recognize the opportunity I meant big brands like FnB, Retail, Electronics. Hope you get the flow.
Anyways, this msg wasn't meant for everyone. It was simply an appreciation and admiration from one professional to another.
PS: Yes it is customary to thank everyone involved in a project whether its fully sponsored or partial or none at all. That's a professional attitude. Just because we thank someone doesn't mean they sponsored it.

@Siwon Park 서양기준으로는 남자치고는 목소리가 좀 얇은 편이긴 하죠. 백암 선생이 워낙 다 갖춘 분이다보니 당시 팬들 사이에서 장난삼아 그나마 목소리를 가지고 트집잡는 겁니다ㅋㅋㅋ 하지만 오늘 들어보니 목소리마저 완벽하네요 ㅋㅋ
