You inspired me into this trucking job, I was looking for something else on CZcams and found one of your videos and I watched it and 2 months later Iâm already a trucker. I definitely did learn something especially the frost law situation. I think they stitched you up, especially when you mentioned that the cop said they stopped a trucker that works for the same company so you job already knew it and they gave you the route again. Please challenge the ticket even if youâre not bothered but do it for the sake of we that want to learn from that situation. I definitely donât wanna make mistake before learning if I can learn from others.

Niesha contact a Commercial truck driver attorney, and let them fight that ticket, you might get it dismissed or probation. You donât want points on your license. I was cracking up about the trailer knob, thanks for the video. Good job

No, you dont get an attorney for something like this. That is such bad advice. You take your case to small claims court. You are your best advocate not a lawyer. Let the judge hear you and make a decision on the spot.

Maybe theyâll get better when they see other drivers leaving. Write THEM up for broken pumps & wrong tablet cords. They lost a great worker. I left jobs for same reasons & never doubted my decision. Youâre young...do what needs to be done. You know when to make a move! Youâre Too blessed to be stressedđđŸOh, does your dad worry about you? Be safeđđŸ
God was on your side that shady company called the police so you would get those tickets. It back fired on them. The best part was the last stop that didnât get delivered, your manager has to explain what happened he should be held accountable for what happened. But he probably is a price of work who is a smooth talker and is good at putting the blame on someone else.

Wow, that was my nightmare when I started. To block up traffic and have to have the police block off the road. You had a rough day but you got thru it, and you're trying to help others so respect to you. And get a lawyer, he can get the points reduced or taken off altogether. And most of all keep trucking!

I have been watching all your videos as I am about 99% sure I am going to be applying at a local trucking company that offers CDL training. I wouldn't be doing this if not for some bad things happening in my company I work for now (transit bus). I literally just posted on FB about a door rudely slamming in my face and when you said that my jaw dropped !! I truly feel like God is showing me the way.

Wow, good companies will give their drivers a heads up about changes in law that affect their drivers. After the 1st universal driver was pulled over it should have been a bulletin posted at the very least. đđđ«đđ
Exactly đŻ. It's sad the police are taking ppls jobs. They've been doing this and continue. Some things just have to be stopped by coming up with different ideas. We are not robots some situations are not 100 percent humanistic.
I bet everybody didn't get a ticket on that road either that's why it wasn't big deal to the company. They have a way of singling ppl out.

Iâm just seeing one of your videos and I canât even begin to Thank you for sharing your testimony I thought I was alone with how you deal with the atmosphere of commercial driving. It can be your pain or your joy because in this industry your spirit will be tested. Not only the battles of doing your job but I had public patrons which added on the pressure and stress. Omg nobody told me anything I just was thrown into it. Had I seen this before getting into commercial driving I probably would have dealt with it different. Thank you

Hire a lawyer. In the future retain a lawyer or law firm that specializes in traffic laws for personnel in the commercial law. I caught a 10 over in the state of California, retained Ticket Clinic and they were able to get it dismissed. A lot of it was them delaying the date. I was looking at a $400 something ticket in a CMV.

Yep. I love the Blunt Power spray I get in South Carolina. Pina colada is my fave. Unfortunately, Texas does not sell these sprays, so I have to get my mom (whoâs a trucker) to bring me some.

I got a ticker too in IL for my truck being on the wrong road too ..it was about $800 ...but the court said its not considered a ",moving violation " and it doesn't go against your license ...I didn't get any points on my license ..That was ILLINOIS ..I'm assuming it's the same for other states but I arranged a payment arrsngememt with the courts ...and if I were you I wouldn't even tell the new company this fresh ticket because by the time they find out u would have been hired already ....It's not considered a " moving violation "...hope this helps

I immediately said your company tried to SET YOU UP on your last day working for them. Yet the cop said he had seen your company on the road before. Im so proud of you for reminding calm.

I'm sorry your last day didn't go as expected. I'm glad you are leaving that job though. Thank you for sharing your experience it's a lesson on so many levels. I can't help to feel some kinda way though, your company issued that route. It's their job to know which routes are best and legal for drivers to travel on.
How in the world were you to know that you should look up anything concerning your route. If you were an independent contractor then of course you would map out the best route based on city ordinances etc. This company seriously needs to get it together. Frost Law, like what! If this is the case then there should have been some signs on the road indicating this. They post signs along the road for everything else like no trucks between this time and that time, weight limits etc. If there is no sign on that road then you technically shouldn't have to pay that ticket.
Also given the fact that this company runs this route on the regular they should be very familiar with changes as they arise, then communicate that information to their drivers. WOW!!!
Well you have brighter things to look forward to. I'm sorry you had to experience this situation that could have been avoided at least in part, if the company did their homework.

Please check out legal shield, they are the people standing in truck stops, charge you about 5 bucks a week. Any ticket car or truck they show up for 100 bucks and represent you!!!! Keep on doing your thing young lady
