How do you warm up? Do you feel like it is wasting of your time?🙄

I begin by slowly playing the strings while I tune them. I like what you do for several reasons, especially practicing low tension breathing. Thank you for this instruction.

Starting with tuning your strings slowly is a great way to ease into your session, as it not only ensures your instrument is in tune but also allows you to get a feel for the strings and your cello's response. The practice of low tension breathing is indeed crucial as it helps in relaxing your body, improving focus, and enhancing the overall quality of your playing. Thank you for sharing your approach 🎻✨
