this helped me so much. im trying to recover on my own because i havent old anyone about it and i really don't want to, so this helped me a lot. Weight gain has been my worst fear for a while but this time im actually trying to recover
I am proud of you for choosing recovery! I know it can be hard to tell people what you are struggling with. It is so hard to be vulnerable. BUT you can do it! I am sure your loved ones and/or friends will want to help you. Keep going strong!
Thank you for making this video. I moved into a house with practically no mirrors, no scale, and gradually I am forcing myself into a better eating schedule. My boyfriend has been a godsend in reassuring me that he loves to see me happier when I eat. Wishing everyone who watches this video healing and strength ❤
Just when I thought your vlogs couldn't get any better, you go and sprinkle some extra charm on them! You're truly one-of-a-kind, keep being amazing! 😘✨
Thank you so much for this I find it so hard to face myself in the mirror after a big meal and the prospect of weight gain scares me so much these tips rlly help and I can’t wait to try and use them and try to get a better relationship with food

I feel so guilty, because my parents bought me 100s of dollars worth of clothes for back to school and then I entered recovery and I know that I'm now going to need to buy new clothes if I gain weight
Believe me, your health means a lot more than anything money could ever buy and everyone who loves you and cares for you will understand and support you! Keep going - it‘ll be worth it
I have to gain weight or else I will lose a huge opportunity… and I want my parents to stop worrying about me and I want to be okay… I will come back in a few days

Hey love! How are you?
Eat until you throw up the food. keep doing it till it takes you longer to throw up that’s what I did
@@devinreynolds4025No that doesn't help.
omg thanks this helped so much!!
Great video! How long did your recovery take? I've had a bad relationship for over and year and trying to heal it by trying to eat normally.
Thank you for this video
Thank u so much 🥺🥺
thank you sooooo much❣️

You’re welcome! Thanks for watching! :)
I have to gain weight and recover or I’m going to die but I’m terrified to do it. I hate this!!!

dude i feel the exact same way. i am literally have a anxiety attack right now because i forced myself to eat a bowl of pasta for dinner. i am so unmotivated to move on tomorrow but i have to keep reminding myself that there are more pros than cons to continuing this journey.
@@jocelyntowle2542
same but the problem is that i can't see the pros
@@eureka9217living outside of your ED brain? Feeling like food is not something to be stressed about? Having energy and a more rational mind? I think recovery has plenty of pros:)
thank you so, so much... quick question though: how long does it usually take to notice weight gain?
Honestly it depends a lot because if you do have the fear of gaining weight you can almost see it straight away when your eating on a set meal plan but it really depends !
in my 2nd relapse. eating more now but its been making me so. anxious.
This is from my personal experience, I get super anxious whilst eating, but I try to enjoy the feeling of having fuel in my body and its been gradually helping me ignore the eating panic. Hoping the best for you ❤
Im 16 years old and im still going through my eating disorder, Im trying hard to get over it ame thkngs but i really dont like the way my body is looking, How long does it take for my body to get back to where it was? 🧐
I'll come back in a couple months and see what happens and whether I've recovered :))
How r u?
@@iregretmakingthis2934 hey Ty for the reply. been falling back into the Ed trap but trying to do better!!
@@ricecooker90246 months later, how are you doing? X
sigh. this is so hard.
it gets easier with time!❤
What would you suggest I’m 5’7.5 roughly 101 but already eating 2800 calories focusing on compound lifts at the gym
@@luffaeater6441 💀💀💀 that was 8 months ago
@@charlottepurdyy lmao I know, sorry I was having a main character moment
Did yoy returne to previous weight?
My weight before my ED? I have no clue honestly because I don’t weight myself now. Also, I was a teenager when I developed my ED so naturally it would be normal for me to weigh more now in an adult body than I did before.
@@cannessacarey have you gained weight too in recovery ?? I overshoot by 5 kg
Heavy on clothes not fitting, get rid of them!
Thank you so much for making me feel understood 🤍
