    Thanks for video, subscriber. Nice advise to cut gas to burn off gas in carb. Someone mention leaving bypass open to drain out so cold can come in from hose rather than recycle warmer water. Can you run this at idle just to dispense more chemical siphone.Can you throttle down, to decrease RPM to decrease GPM if needed for cold pressure washer not hot PW? Do you use maintenance hr meter?

    I just bought a pressure washer today. It's very similar to this one. It's a BE product, model B4013HAGB it's 4000 PSI, 4 GPM belt-drive. The pump model is Tiplex General TSS1511 but seems to have a different layout than this one. The pump fluid level window faces the the engine, instead of being on the side. It's a brand new model, just released this year. There was a lot of confusion about the specs when I went to a local dealer, so I contacted BE pressure washer manufacturer, they assured me It's operating at 4000 PSI, 4 gallons per minute. I will be testing it tomorrow. If the PSI and the GPM are correct, it's a game-changer for belt-drive pressure washers.

    Quick question, the guy in the video says it's a 3500 psi unit but as he panned around the back of the unit it has a 3000psi label on the gas tank, but then it gets even weirder because when I check the link your website claims it's a 4000psi machine!??? So what's the actual psi for this machine?

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 4 lety +4

      Anytime you add a belt to a 13hp honda engine, the MOST PSI you can achieve will be 3500 PSI (unless you 1. over-rev the engine by turning the throttle higher than it should be or 2. using tips that reduce GPM thus increasing the PSI). This unit (and the EB4035HG) will produce 3500 PSI maximum.

    Just ordered a 5.5 pump to replace for this machine. Do I need to make any adjustments on unloader when I move it to the new pump. I never touched it since I bought it. The pump I have now is tss1511 and I’m getting the t47 ts2021.
    Thank you.

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 3 lety

      Technically you will need to make a few adjustments. Your old pump has an RPM of 1450. The new pump you are installing has an RPM of 1125. You may have to adjust either the engine or the pump/engine pulleys to get it to the right RPM. I would definitely recommend re-setting your pressure using the unloader. There is another video on my channel of "how to set your unloader" to help you with that.

    I need some advice, looked at 4400PSI Westinghouse, Simpson, and Dewalt pressure washers. They are IDENTICAL. Who makes them? I discovered this after buying the Westinghouse and Simpson. Both had the same issue. The airbox was broken where it connects on top of the carb. The units incredibly difficult to start and they run like ABSOLUTE SHIT. At full throttle, I need to have the wand depressed or the engine stalls, or violently jack hammers around. I cannot safely operating it anywhere without strapping it to the ground with hard stakes. On pavement, I have to use my truck wheel chocks. I've used many small engines in the past, their engines do not seem balanced and I am sure they will explode if continue running them. Both have been returned. WTH????????

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 4 lety

      The SKU of the unit in the video is EB4040HG. The TRUTH is stranger than fiction in this case because the EB4040HG and the EB4035HG are the EXACT SAME MODEL (no joke)! The only difference between the 2 models is the sticker on the gas tank (one will say 3500 and one will say 3000) but TRUTH BE TOLD they will both product the EXACT SAME power which is "4 GPM @ 3500 PSI". One more minor difference in the two models is.... the EB4035HG will have a white labeled pump (a TSS1511 with the sticker removed and replaced with a sticker that says "HP4040", where the EB4040HG will keep it's original pump label. I know this may seem completely insane but it is 100% the truth. You can even call Pressure Pro and ask them about the 2 models and they'll tell you the same thing. 99% of the time you'll find the EB4040HG is actually cheaper to buy than the EB4035HG model.

    • @perrygravesjr6893

      @@Spraywell I did call pressure pro that's why I asked. They told me it's the other way around. That the EB4035HG will keep the tss1511 sticker and that the EB4040HG is a oem special Hp= high performance pump. On their website it says the same in the product specs. The guy I talked to said if it doesn't have the Hp4040 then its not 4000. Not trying to argue, just been interested in buying this pump in about a month and making sure I get what I pay for. I'm almost positive your mistaken EB4040HG =4000 psi with a hp4040 pump and EB4035HG =3500 psi with a tss1511. I'm on their website as we speak. I want to buy the 4000psi machine from you that pressure pro claims js i want to make sure I'm getting the right machine you know.

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 4 lety +2

      @@perrygravesjr6893 The HP4040 is simply a TSS1511 with the original sticker removed and the HP4040 sticker added. THEY ARE THE EXACT SAME PUMP, anyone telling you otherwise is salesman BS! Neither will machine will actually achieve 4000 PSI working pressure, BOTH machines will max out at 3500 PSI working pressure unless you either a. over-rev the engine (not advised) or b. reduce your GPM by using 3.5 GPM tips thus causing the PSI to rise. I repeat, neither of these machines will achieve 4000 PSI working pressure, it's not possible. CALL ME at 561-964-3228 and we can talk about it further. Hi,
    I know this is a older video but I had a few questions on belt drive pressure washer.
    First, will that 3 inch wide belt work on all types / brand belt drive pressure washer?
    Also I purchased a belt drive pressure washer from a gentleman who kept it in good condition. He said everything was original and maintain. I noticed a few things odd when i got home. Maybe you can help me.
    The pump information doesn't match with the machine tag. The pump is a Annovi reverberi RKA 4037 (rpm 1750). The machine is label 3500 and the tag / label on the machine states 3500 max psi, 3.7 max gpm. The engine is a honda GX 390 (13 hp). Now i don't know if it's a 4.0 gpm or 3.7 gpm. Also i don't know if it's a 3500 psi or 4000 psi.
    Is this the correct pump for this pressure washer?
    Any information will be grateful
