- In this video, I do an edgic analysis for Survivor Ghost Island, going through the season and figuring out how I would've done an episode-by-episode power ranking had I been covering it on the channel at the time.
I may end up doing this for other seasons, but I thought this new video would be worth a shot.

The fact that Dom and Wendell, we’re only in true danger for the Morgan trial Is unbelievable and really speaks to how wild they dominated the season Dom needs to come back as he probably played the best runner-up game in history
I agree he needs to come back however I think he doesn’t get close to FTC as his threat level is enormous

That’s the thing because I’m really not sure how he manages threat level on a return. I don’t think he does very well.

Man I miss the mid 30s. 31-38 was a great era bookended by ugly Worlds Apart and Ugly Island of the Idols. But Second Chances kicked off this golden era with an evolution in strategy, 32 was okay with some good characters and great winner Michele then MvGX is an amazing season, star characters like Michaela, Jay, Zeke, David, Bret and Adam is a good winner bc he beats 2 goats Hannah and Ken (Hannah's not a goat but they saw her as one) Game hangers was whatever, good pre merge but unfortunately we lose the good characters Tony Sandra JT Malcolm then we have the ugly Varner moment but at least in the post merge every vote is a blind side and Sarah becomes a fierce winner. HHH honestly isn't stellar but I thought it was fine only really dragging in the early merge. Bens win is ridiculous bc of idols and fire but whatever then Ghost Island was similar not stellar not terrible. Then the best season ever comes along in David vs Goliath. Finally Edge of Extinction which is sold imo. Aubry and Wentworth boots were good, Wardog Ron Victoria Lauren and Devens were fun characters, Chris ' comeback was awesome BECAUSE he beats two goats in Gavin and Julie.
It seems like ghost island is a season I like more than most people (it is a middle tier season imo). A lot of the reason for that is because I find it so interesting to see Dom and Wendell run the game together (I was hoping Charlie and Maria would do the same thing in 46). Also I think the more boring parts of the season are much easier to sit through when you know what happens at FTC

I really like this! I’d love to see other seasons if you ever get the chance; Cambodia would be a great.
I liked Desiree but, I think she def should've switched earlier

I know Domenick and Wendell felt like the main characters this season. But I would not forget about Michael and Donathan too. Michael was an amazing underdog to watch this season and Donathan was entertaining and a good player too. Michael, Domenick, and Donathan should play for a second time.
