    hopiang monggo recipe:
    Ingredients:
    for mung bean fillings:
    - 1 cup red bean
    - 1 cup white or brown sugar
    -1 L water,
    - butter 2 Tbsp
    - 1 Tbsp cooking oil
    - 1/8 tsp salt,
    - 1/2 cup all- purpose,
    hopiang monggo dough ingredients(for making 16 piece)
    for the 1st dough(water -oil based dough)
    - 200 all purpose flour
    - 100 ml water,
    - 50 g lard, or cooking oil
    - 20 g white sugar
    for the 2nd dough (shortening dough
    - 150 g cake flour, or (all purpose flour,)
    - 75 g unsalted butter, or (lard)
