The whole exposure to certain races and attraction is so true. Here in Southern Africa, black people who are the majority, generally have a preference for their own ethnic group. Black women are considered beautiful with their phenotypic features such as wider nose, big lips ect and are sought after by black men. Even when they scale up social economical levels, they still generally date and marry each other🤷🏽♀️. African beauty is represented in the media throughout. Interracial relationships still exist ofcouse, which is wonderful but the generality is black people date and marry each other. On the other end, I've noticed in America, black women often compete for mating options with other races of women. It seems, at times that males of African American groups don't prefer to date female African Americans.
I think this would have been better with ppl asked to go into slightly more detail and then your analysis against relevant literature. Would have been good split into two vids: men / women. You would have had more content and ppl waiting on part 2.
I like dark eyes and a strong nose shape. I once met a man I swore had black eyes, it was mesmerizing. I also like dark hair, strong jaw, and broad shoulders. That said, things like height or "typical" attractiveness aren't especially important to me - I've dated men shorter than me, who were scarred or deformed, or who had narrow eyes or an overbite. I guess something like "how he looks at me" isn't relevant to a photograph but quiet men who make piercing eye contact is high on my list, as well. That and voice - a good voice is incredibly attractive.
I'd be interested to see these people rate others based on how attractive they find them as opposed to what they think the general population would think. I personally feel like what I find attractive differs pretty drastically from the norm but feel like I still know what others would be viewed as by the general population.
1. Eyebrows. I love eyebrows, to me they can make or break the face. I've always noticed the eyebrows first on a guy. 2. Jawline/Chin. I never find guys with what looks like "no chin". Or when their jawline is short and rounded like a kid's face. I don't mind large and rounded. 3. Eyes. His eyes should not be large but it's ok if they are rounded or droopy. Most guys I have dated have kind eyes. I usually prefer guys who look kind and friendly but there's a hint of masculinity. Think of a father figure. When we see our fathers, they are kind to their children and you feel safe with them. I like that in most men. Of course, they also need to show it through personality as well and not just physically. No doubt, I do find chiseled male model-esque men visually attractive. I wouldn't bat an eye to the majority unless they show their personality is also very good.
Depends on their face shape. If a guy has rounded jaw and chin then a beard looks better. But if he has a Structured jaw and chin, then a stubble looks better. If they don't have cheekbones, then a Sideburn makes a lot of change. ( honestly, I don't understand the hate for Sideburns, they look hot asf) .
One suggestion - please use a stereo mic from next time. I was wearing a single earphone and it was weird not being able to listen to many of the people in the video.
Hi Qoves I would love to see a video or hear a podcast showing the science behind how we "say" we rate ourselves on the 1-10 scale and rate the level of partner we say we want vs How WE REALLY RATE OURSELVES? I mean it's great that so many people say they want someone with a sharp jawline and almond/predator eyes (literally the two highest features out of 10 Qoves ranked in a previous video; also features I feel are rarer than people think they are especially having both features on one person) yet, the people wanting a partner with such features don't have those features themselves. So my question is when people say they are 6s and 7s in looks (the most common answer... and the safest) and therefore they want to date 7s~8s. Do those people REALLY believe they are that attractive? Do they REALLY believe a person with literal model level facial features would date them over another person with a similarly rare combination of facial features (assortative mating)? Do people honestly believe they rank so high on the 1-10 looks scale? And yes, both 6 and 7 are higher than average, which is 5.
they are describing what they find attractive. is looking modelesque required to find models attractive? someone has to be beautiful in order to recognize and prefer beauty in others?
Me- female age 28. My type is usually two types For men tallish (5’7ft -7ft), big forehead, big teeth, “sad eyes” (down turned), lean body, not too muscular, average build but strong shoulders. Full head of hair. GLASSES. Germanic features(euro nose, long face, light eyes) full lips. I’m also very attracted to androgynous looking men and women. I’m pan sexual. And good sum up of my type is “nerd”. My anti type is muscular barrel chested stocky types. Or guys that are too “pretty” like Zac Efron
Everyone have their preference whether they can afford it or not is another matter. If you can see the mistresses and the toyboys of wealthy people then you will see true preference without anything holding them back.
Some people seemed nervous in the interview. The environment doesn't seem very relaxing. Maybe we could get better answers if the room was more comfortable and properly decorated. I know it's a studio, but still
Gay Latino here, my type is: - decent shape, I'm not saying that they need to have the most perfect gym body, but just someone that takes care ( not chuby or too scrawny). - nice face with some angles, not too round baby like. -around my height (1. 83/ 6 ft ) -hair/eye colour: Don't really have a preference, I'm dark so blonde/blue eyes tend to catch my eye because it's the opposite, but I like dark features too, any eye/hair/skin color is fine with me. -healty looking skin, you can tell when someone has abused of the sun. Please be nice in the comments.
5:07 I like this too. I just hope she knows better than to literally believe this association is true. Unless there is actually a significant correlation between the shape of people's jaw bones and their intellect... Perhaps enough biased treatment could help discourage people with less defined jaws from applying themselves to their education, or from confidently expressing their intellect? But IDK. Seems like a lot of soft-jawed nerds get PHDs, and I certainly have met a lot of strong-jawed dummies. I do prefer well-defined, even more masculine jawlines on women. I think it reminds me of their physical maturity, and my subconscious expectation may be a more confident, gracefully dominant personality? But I know that's not a reliable way for me to predict personality.
I definitely prefer a “man head” with a strong jawline, modest but even facial hair including strong eyebrows, and white teeth more than perfectly straight teeth. Looking “fit and healthy” is also a plus.
It would be so cool to see all of them sort maybe around 10-15 pictures of people by attractiveness.
Probably been done before but I second this. Can physically see what they find attractive this way.

The answer to all of em is gigachads n stacys.
Sir heads up to your team and the way to showcase the content.
I found much much better your content then others
I inherited a lot of my mothers preferences: nice legs, sharper jawline, medium build, large bank account.
I’ve noticed that some of the people were attracted to features that were different than theirs.
please do a part 2
Monalisa as a name is insane.
OHHH SHIITT i have never been this early in any video😭
Hunter eyes
Question. Is beard attractive or long stubble etc?
Depends on their face shape. If a guy has rounded jaw and chin then a beard looks better. But if he has a Structured jaw and chin, then a stubble looks better. If they don't have cheekbones, then a Sideburn makes a lot of change.
( honestly, I don't understand the hate for Sideburns, they look hot asf) .
One suggestion - please use a stereo mic from next time. I was wearing a single earphone and it was weird not being able to listen to many of the people in the video.
My right ear really enjoyed dude at 10:23 voice
I like ‘ethereal’ boys …or the next sliding scale down of ‘pretty boys’ (boys whose etherealness is toned down to slightly more masculine)
is it me or many of them look for features they lack?
“opposites attract” at work
@@Johnnys_Manager nope, only the women shooting far beyond their league. The men were more reasonable

Me personally I loveeeeeee men with thick brows or a unibrow, moles all over the face and body, jawline, and a big nose.
Dark hair, and long, at least to shoulders. Brown eyes and thin! No one who is heavy! Now, I AM very superficial! LOL
Woah can I be on these one day ❤
Me- female age 28.
My type is usually two types
For men tallish (5’7ft -7ft), big forehead, big teeth, “sad eyes” (down turned), lean body, not too muscular, average build but strong shoulders.
7ft? 😮

I really like a young and feminine look, whether it's male or female. Youthfulness, a clear gaze and features, not hairy at all, a lot of hair...
how can we get on this, I got some words to say FR!!!
Everyone have their preference whether they can afford it or not is another matter. If you can see the mistresses and the toyboys of wealthy people then you will see true preference without anything holding them back.
Funny how everyone liked exactly what they do not look like

@@MexicanGokuzIt is more logical to be attracted to people who look similar to you
Blue eyes, high cheekbones, boyscout energy (decent conscientiousness score in OCEAN perhaps) 😂 no compromise
Some people seemed nervous in the interview. The environment doesn't seem very relaxing. Maybe we could get better answers if the room was more comfortable and properly decorated. I know it's a studio, but still
Gay Latino here, my type is:
- decent shape, I'm not saying that they need to have the most perfect gym body, but just someone that takes care ( not chuby or too scrawny).
- nice face with some angles, not too round baby like.
-around my height (1. 83/ 6 ft )
-hair/eye colour: Don't really have a preference, I'm dark so blonde/blue eyes tend to catch my eye because it's the opposite, but I like dark features too, any eye/hair/skin color is fine with me.
-healty looking skin, you can tell when someone has abused of the sun.
Please be nice in the comments.
Basically your type is the gay padrão or close to it.

Blue eyes, hazel eyes ,.thick eyebrows , dark hair in contrast with light skin. Mediterranean features. Slim with lean muscles.
