This season has been an absolute dream. I will never take these moments for granted. A few lows and a lot of high’s. I have learned a lot from my mistakes, and those hard moments only made the journey that much sweeter.

Putting yourself out there and being vulnerable is not easy and most people would never dare to do what you do. So, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You have no idea how many lives you change just by being YOU! And, you look AMAZING! I am waaaay older (50 year old vegan) but understand the importance of strength training. The bikini criteria keeps changing for bigger and more muscle which I sometimes feel is pushing a bikini look out the window! You looked amazing! Keep being as strong and focused as you are as your time is coming. The natural show at the year end sounds so much your alley. I have to say I love your vlogs and how supportive George is! Love your vegan preps and I think day in a life vlogs would be amazing ❤

Natalie! These moments don’t just happen in show prep- they happen in life! We’re all working towards something and setbacks - real or perceived- affect the journey. That is why you inspire those in and out side of your industry. Stay you, stay strong, stay in the arena! You are all of us and you are a true champion and respected athlete. Remember these words: “I want to be in the arena. I want to be brave with my life. And when we make the choice to dare greatly, we sign up to get our asses kicked. We can choose courage or we can choose comfort, but we can’t have both. Not at the same time. Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage. A lot of cheap seats in the arena are filled with people who never venture onto the floor. They just hurl mean-spirited criticisms and put-downs from a safe distance. The problem is, when we stop caring what people think and stop feeling hurt by cruelty, we lose our ability to connect. But when we’re defined by what people think, we lose the courage to be vulnerable. Therefore, we need to be selective about the feedback we let into our lives. For me, if you’re not in the arena getting your ass kicked, I’m not interested in your feedback.”-
Getting up on stage when you didn't feel great, but still giving it your all and at least getting the reps in was such a big move bc of the blessing on the other side of all your fans holding you. ❤ you give off the BEST girl power vibes and the music choice in this vid was SO fun!!
