In Wombo Combo, Henry and Ellie are using other Captain Falcon moves in the sequence. As follows...
Henry dashes forward, then grabs RHM. Ellie dashes away and back forward, setting up momentum to perform a jump forward at full speed.
This leads into an Up-Throw, which Ellie combos off of with a Down-Air, launching RHM back down to Henry.
Henry follows up Ellie's Down-Air with a turnaround Up-Air, sending RHM over to where Ellie ends up after her Down-Air, which allows her to use a well-spaced Back-Air to knock RHM back to the center and towards Henry.
Henry does his own Down-Air, bringing RHM down again while Ellie lands from her Back-Air, wavedashes towards Henry, and jumps in, landing with no move to stay stationary for the finale of the combo.
Henry lands from his Down-Air and wavedashes away, then does a B-Reverse Neutral-Special as Ellie does her own Neutral-Special, finishing with a climactic double Stickmin PAWNCH! to delete RHM from existence.
There's your over-explained Smash Bros scene.

0:56:35 Despite this being a metal tube, the trap is similar to an obscure little PSX title called Heart of Darkness, where the lightning trap was simply in an underground tunnel and you had to time your crossing.
5:11:43 "Big Boy" might be an effort not to name the "Mammoth Tank" from Red Alert (an RTS) and one of the strongest units in said game.
Probably not what PB meant in either case, but you did ask so....

In Mega Man 5 you fight Gravity Man, who of course is able to Flip Gravity at will.
The coloration of the Gravity inverter is what sells it to me, as they are almost a direct match to Gravity Man's own pinkish red + blue coloration.

22:23 Fun fact: the Judge in the Ace Attorney games actually has a brother!
He's only ever seen twice, both times in Trials & Tribulations (the third game of the series). The first time is in the flashback case, which was Mia Fey's and Miles Edgeworth's first trial, which...ended poorly.
The second time is in the final case; due to some...shenanigans involving Phoenix falling from a burning bridge and getting a cold from the frigid river below, Miles Edgeworth has to sub in for him the next day. However, as Miles is a prosecutor, he and his adoptive sister arrange Franziska von Karma for a different judge to be used, otherwise the whole substitute thing wouldn't work - so they get the regular man's brother, who has a Canadian accent, oddly enough.
The next court session has Phoenix recovered enough to return - just in time for the brother to get a cold of his own, and thus the regular Judge returns.
Yeah, it's kinda weird. The brother's not been seen nor mentioned since, so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

At some point hitting it while it goes at top speed will have a similar impact style as shown in the game.

Since the waterfall can refer to the "Kerepakupai vená", better known as the "Angel Falls", known as the largest waterfall in the world located in the "Canaima" national park in the Bolívar State, in Venezuela. If you look for some images and compare them with the picture you will see the similarities.
