@roger st laurent very true but that's probably how they heat their home and water and cook is with propane because the homes out the boondox aren't up to date with all the energy efficient gizmos so I can understand why the driver had to atleast try ya know I've hauled some emergency loads before in situations where if it wasn't because of weather disaster I would have waited till I can make it in with less hassle but after Houston flooded people needed hoses for the pumps so I went across flooded roaded that was sketchy to say the least lol so I can't really blame the driver too much or the propane company in Murphys towing circumstance
Haha yeah I bet, It definitely would have been a cooler title if we did, and we would have got a 2 parter out of it.. we rolled a loaded 53’ dry van in the middle of a busy roundabout one time, so I know how fun it can be.
Freebird’s winch box is the unsung hero lately in these recoveries. I’m amazed at how good that bad unit does it’s job. My father lied to me years ago when he told me to wrap the seat belt around my neck and put the windows all the way up when crossing water though. I’m pretty sure he liked my sister a little bit better.

I drive I-40 east from Kingman in your neck of the country yesterday. About 40 miles of that road between Kingman and Williams is the worst road I have ever driven an RV on. I always thought I-75 in Michigan was the worst, but what I drove on yesterday is award winning.

I noticed some hate in the comments, but I have done this job a very long time, and you all got her done. As far as the haters go do they have six heavies to clear a major Interstate? Nope. I don't understand how somebody can say Murphys needs lessons. When law enforcment and the state calls you all for the job there is the answer. Stay feel better, stay classy and be safe out there. Another job well done Murphy's crew. I'd say the fuel companies delivering to places down those roads may want to get a smaller all wheel drive delivery truck but then Freebird wouldn't get as many chances to shine like it does. Hell of a build there for sure. Didn't scratch a corner (or a round tank) on that bad Larry. Stay classy Freightshaker stuck in the soft dirt and of course stay classy to all the Murphy's crew.
That little Kubota was an awesome machine before, but now with the winch & box ( aka Freebird) on front it's WICKED!! A great looking crew again! That road was a creekbed. What a mess. U all did a heck of a job! Be safe

Grew up in farm country the coop trucks have agro tires big floation tires so they don't compact the tilled ground I assume that setup would help propane feller get in and out such remote areas

Very good advice for the baby girls crossing water my buddy and I was stuck in seat belts when my jeep went under they would not unlock ❤❤we cut them off but we carry 2 knives on us it was in 12' of water when we brought the wrecker back

After reading through some of the comments here for the guys telling wrecker Rick to go to Matt's off road and take lessons 1st of all there is a big difference in between recovering a 50,000 lb propane truck verses a side by side or jeep secondly Matt's off road recovery couldn't carry the sweat in a bucket that is Generated off Wrecker Rick Nut Sack in a days time if people don't have nothing good to say about the you Tube channel your watching go cry somewhere else

Lol wow stab at Casey's buddy recovery that was rolled by the propane company driver. They should have refused to recover. Never allow owner to tell you how to recovery their truck they got stuck.
