Remember people, if you see a accident pay attention to what your doing where your going not the accident .when these guys are out there cleaning up a wreck , and your not paying attention you could cause another wreck, that could injur or kill one of the guys that are just trying to clear the highway so you can get to work or home on time.

My wife and I drive for East West Express and see you guys up there every now and then. Thank you for all your hard work fixing bonehead trucker moments brought to you by texting while driving or drive thru movie theatres in the windshield.
Man. And the driver of this rig walked away? From what I remember hearing you say. Un, Believable. Absolute, Miracle. Truly a God-given-miracle.
Overall, it was a great video, including the ending where you were dealing with the driver of a rig and a company that, obviously is so tight, That if taking a dump only cost a Nickel, Why They would throw-up-1st… It’s too bad the police officer didn’t tell the guy, look, pay-em, Or, I’m going to take you to jail for, “theft of service.”
But, I don’t know about Arizona, but I know in my state of Montana, they could’ve done that because the arrest is based upon the amount of money that is involved.
And that is the name of the actual charge theft of service. And it’s used in everything from people staying in motels, hotels, meals at restaurants that someone ate or, several folks ate, and yet nobody had any intention whatsoever of paying. So they sit down, and they order a tremendous amount of food and drinks. And just simply get up and walk out.
And also in your situation, you performed the service and they didn’t pay. I am pretty sure that you talked to somebody before you went out there.
Even if they left a message on your office phone, And, even if you didn’t, talk to anyone at their corporate office before, you went out there, you show up to do the job and the driver agrees to the charge before you start?? Then after you do the job, that’s when they start playing fast and loose. I mean the driver and the company not you.
That, right there falls under the heading, of, “theft of service.” The vast majority of the theft of services fall under a civil matter hardly anybody ever recoup any money.
The ones that fall under a criminal matter? they nearly always get their money. In Montana, The threshold is $250. Anything that is $250 and over? goes from a Misdemeanor, to a Felony.….
In my state, the driver would’ve been offered by the officer either pay the bill or I have to arrest you. In any company in my state that does what you do for a living, goes out to the interstate to change a tire? They’re charging north of $250. BY FAR. And I say, rightfully so…

That 9055xl is sick. That has the longer stick if I am not mistaken. It has a beautiful coffin sleeper on it too. Tandem tandems must be able to scale like there is nothing hooked to them. Good stuff guys.

I have used ryobi for years. If you need something inexpensive to use around the house it's a good deal. I would agree it's not for job sites or the back of a truck. For that, I like craftsman.
