Kitsune's Trove thats so sad, hes my favourite 🥺
@@bonoyass Same here. And yes, it was so sad to hear about his passing.
kitsunes trove that sucks his angry rants at matsaude and Misa misa was funny hahah
Yeah, it's so sad! Aizawa is actually my second favorite character after Matsuda. And I also loved it whenever he would get irritated with Matsuda and Misa, too. Those are some of his funniest moments.
@@KitsunesTrove hahaah
i really liked aizawa, and i absolutely loved how he started investigating light on his own, i felt proud of him
Aizawa is one of my favorite characters. And yes, I liked that he decided to investigate Light. He was very smart about how he did it and it ended up helping the entire investigation. Thanks for watching!
There was a moment this video didn't show where Aizawa told Light "I phoned Near and talked to him".
It was a brief, somewhat awkward exchange in the episode, just after you see Aizawa sat in his car talking with Near on the telephone.
As Aizawa is telling Light this, Aizawa has a MARKEDLY different and unrecognisable look about his face, from when he first appeared (afro hairstyle, big wide eyes, more overt and outgoing disposition), to - this - demeanor, where he looks actually quite scary and unlikable.
The episode then shows a close-up of just Aizawa's eyes, when he looks down on Light.
My thoughts on this, are that he's like some sort of loner, ruminating on very sinister thoughts about somebody else (specifically in this instance, Light), and that he could have spilled over, into doing something very bad to him, without a second voice reminding him to stay on the straight and narrow.
THAT for me, was Aizawa's most memorable incident.
"That's too bad. Because I always liked you, Mr. Aizawa." Nice come back L.
I like that part. And Aizawa still doesn't get the last word either, lol. Thanks for watching!
Was that supposed to be a comeback? To me it was heartfelt words from an antisocial guy who didn't know how to express himself. Made me sad
@@Kingolimar354 I guess that would be more accurate. Still made Aizawa pause for a moment. 😊
@Kingolimar354 You may be right. That makes a lot of sense, too.
And then L says “Thank you for everything”. This line was sad and funny😂😭
While not the most fleshed out character, he was basically the one that went through the most complete change. Aizawa went from a side character with not much depth to becoming fully fledged as a player in the game. The visual color signifying Light's thoughts was red, Near and L's was blue. For most of the series, it was red versus blue. During the second phase, when Aizawa began his own investigations and his color was shown as green, it was clear he was his own entity, stepping away from taking one side or another. No longer a support character for the other protagonists, but a protagonist in his own right.
I absolutely agree with you. And imo, he's a very underrated character. He became one of my favorites, though. I love how Aizawa was the first among the Task Force to suspect the truth about Light, too. Thanks for watching!
Red vs Blue and Green - Death note in a nutshell
Haha! Pretty much. Thanks for watching!
Matsuyama had yellow while misa had a turquoise sort of green or light blue
@Jojo Bizarre Livingstone I think you meant Matsuda, lol. But yeah, I love how some of the characters have their own colors when we hear their thoughts.
You're right though. Matsuda had yellow and Misa had turquoise.
Near was blue as well, but a lighter blue than L. Mikami and Namikawa were purple, Mikami's was a bit of a darker shade, I think.
Thanks for watching!
He was the smartest normal person within the cast, imo
I totally agree with you! He really helped move the investigation forward, too, especially in the later half of the series. Doing his own investigation into Light and working with Near. Aizawa is one of my favorite characters. Thanks for watching!
I like how serious Aizawa is about catching Kira . He doesn’t play around.
Same here. Aizawa is actually my second-favorite character, (Matsuda being first). But yeah, I agree. A lot of times, he seems to be the only who is taking the Kira investigation seriously at all. And he's not afraid to investigate Light on his own later on either. Thanks for watching!
2:27 is the best scene in Death Note to me. Aizawa never forgot Ukita, his moral conscience has so much grip on him and it's so beautiful, even when he tells L he hates him L can't help but tell him he likes him because of how genuine & stern a character Aizawa is as a person
I honestly love Aizawa. After Matsuda, Aizawa is actually my second-favorite character. I feel like he, and Soichiro too, are the most honest and moral characters in the show. That scene you mentioned is one of my favorites, too. You can really feel his struggle. He wants to get justice for Ukita, but also has a family to take care of. That scene in the park always gets to me as well. When his wife and daughter show up and Aizawa breaks down. I always feel so sorry for him. He really wanted to stay on the Task Force. I love that he comes back later on.
And in the manga, we learn that he and Ide worked together on their own to catch Kira as well. Even though they left the team, they never gave up on the investigation.
Thanks for watching!
The scene where he cries hurts me!
When you grow up you realize how time is valuable.
So true. Aizawa is actually my second-favorite character in the series and I feel so bad for him in this episode. Trying to decide whether to stay on the Task Force or not. And he really did want to stay, especially because of Ukita. I'm glad he ended coming back later on. Thanks for watching!
Yeah. He must've been feeling a whole mix of different emotions and just couldn't contain it all any longer.
@sephserpent. I agree. When he breaks down at the end of that scene, I think it's a combination of getting to spend more time with his family, but also because he really wanted to stay on the Kira Task Force. Maybe the latter slightly more. That's my opinion anyway. Thanks for watching!
I 100% got chills when it cuts to Aizawa in the police car, returning, cornering Higuchi. Awesome scene.
Ikr? I love that part! It's honestly one of my favorite scenes in the show. Thanks for watching!
I like Aizawa he’s down to earth, doesn’t take bs but cares deeply for those he loves.
I also really like Aizawa too, for basicaly the same reasons that you listed. Plus, he was also the first member of the Task Force to suspect Light too. Aizawa is actually my second-favorite character after Matsuda. Thanks for watching!
Unironically the best character in the show. He's far more well written then any other "side characters".
Very true. I freaking love Aizawa! After Matsuda, Aizawa is my 2nd favorite character in the series. Thanks for watching!
I think Aizawa became deputy director shortly after Kira's death.
That's true. According to the last chapter of the manga, which was never included in the anime, Aizawa does become the Deputy Director. It makes sense, after Soichiro, Aizawa is the next oldest and probably has seniority over the others. And in the manga's epilogue as well as the new one-shot, we see him acting as the Deputy Director, too.
The writer, himself, said that he couldn't think of anyone else becoming the Deputy Director. He didn't want to create a whole new character just for that and Matsuda is still one of the youngest members of the team, so it wouldn't be him either. Aizawa was definitley a great choice!
1:35 THE CHEIFS FACE HES JUST THERE LIKE O_o
Haha! Ikr? I love the Chief's expression right there. It's so funny. Thank you for watching!
:0
It's a shame that him investigating for himself to figure out Light is Kira ended up never even mattering because Near just happens to already know
I agree! I would have liked Aizawa's investigation to lead to some more solid proof against Light. Though he did help Near narrow it down. When Aizawa told Near that the Chief had said before that he would kill Kira then himself, Near knew then that Kira had to be Light. Still, would've been cool if Near had let him do more, though. I love Aizawa. He's my second-favorite character, after Matsuda. Thanks for watching!
It's so sad that he breaks down in front of his daughter
Ikr? I love Aizawa, he's my second favorite character. I always feel so bad for him in this episode. First, having to choose whether to leave Task Force or not, and he really wanted to stay. And then the realization that hits him while talking to his daughter. I was glad he came back later on. Thanks for watching!
A great character through and through
Smart, skeptical, Human
I agree completely! I love Aizawa. He's actually my 2nd-favorite character. (Matsuda being my favorite). I like how Aizawa always took the investigation seriously and how he started doing his own investigation into Light as well, once he started to suspect that Light could be Kira.. Thanks for watching!
After matsuda he is the next most relatable character for me
Same! Part of the reason that Matsuda and Aizawa are also my two favorite characters. Thanks for watching!
L: Light is Kira
Aizawa: Are you joking me?
Near: Light is Kira
Aizawa: Yeah,he is kira
Hahaha! Though I think there was one point during Light's confinement when Aizawa believed Light was Kira, after Soichiro pretended he was going to kill Light, they all believed he was innocent. I do like how Aizawa was the first one on the team to suspect Light though and I loved how he did his own investigation into him, too. I really like Aizawa. After Matsuda, Aizawa is my second-favorite character in the series. Thanks for watching!
Is of wise people to change their mind.
@@KitsunesTrove Finally I found a guy who loves matsuda instead of calling him dumb.
@@prasanth2601 Right? I hate it when people call Matsuda stupid or say he's an idiot, because he's actually pretty smart and he really helps them with the investigation too. He's my favorite character.
@@KitsunesTrove If matsuda didn't exist the show would be like pizza without cheeze. He is refreshing to watch and no less than l and light.
when he shoved misa in the room i lost it.
That's honestly one of my favorite Aizawa scenes. It's just so funny. Thanks for watching!
Aizawa's a badass man, he was always my favorite
I agree completely! It's always awesome to find other Aizawa fans. He's my second favorite character - Matsuda is first. Aizawa is a very close second for me though. Thanks for watching!
@@KitsunesTrove I didn't think there were other Aizawa fans until I watched this lol
Yumi: Why is daddy crying, mommy?
Eriko: Because I saved over his 100+ hour game data. It is what he deserves...
Aizawa was definitely the best of the NPA members
I love Aizawa! Matsuda is my favorite Death Note character, but Aizawa is a very close second. Thanks for watching!
the scene with his daughter gets me everytime
Right? That part always gets me too. Thanks for watching!
That scene where he leaves the task force is one of my favorites you can hear his emotion when he doesn’t want to quit his friend was killed and he just isn’t going to avenge him? Really heartfelt scene I love it
I love that part as well. I always feel so bad for Aizawa in this scene, too. He really wanted to stay on the Task Force. I really like Aizawa. He's actually my second-favorite character in the series, (Matsuda being my first). I'm glad he came back later on, too. Thanks for watching!
Honouring is FAR preferable to avenging.
All Aizawa needed to do (yes, don't take the Mick because it's fiction) is INVESTIGATE the case, protect potential future victims, and render the Death Note unusable.
He also would've done well (as he somewhat in fact did) to reprove Light for his actions (which could arguably constitute having made a personal judgment against him to begin with), but his wording in the English language Anime suggested that he didn't, and ouhgt to have availed him the possibility of repenting for his crimes (again, which his English language version dialogue and attitude suggest did happen).
I think Aizawa was only slightly misplaced with his loyalties in that aspect, but otherwise, seemed extremely conscientious with his own conduct, as well s being very committed and empathic with those who may be scared (whatever the context).
1:32 “WOULD YOU CUT IT OUT WITH ALL THIS DATING KISSING AND MISA MISA TALK ALREADY”

Love Aizawa🤪
Soichiros face he went 😧
That's one of my favorite
Aizawa scenes and he's one of my favorite members of the Task Force. And yes, Soichiro's expression there is great.
Thanks for watching!
I love his afro
Same! I actually really liked how he looked after the haircut, but I still missed his afro after it was gone. Thanks for watching!
@@KitsunesTrove heheh Yw ❤️❤️
I prefer the haircut
Such a well written character with an amazing and relatable personality. Loved him
Sorry, I just now saw your comment. Yes, Aizawa really is a terrific character. We get to see him as both, a family man, and a great detective. I really liked when he started investigating Light on his own, too. I absolutely love him! After Matsuda, Aizawa is my second-favorite character. Thanks for watching!
I love how Death Note is like AOT where even side characters are awesome!
Aizawa is such a great man.
I don't comment often, but I have to write something for my favorite character, Aizawa. I have no idea what made me like him so much but throughout the series you understand that he is a man of honor, with a strong sense of justice and a desire to do good. He always was suspicious of Light and maybe one of the only who Light actually considered a threat. He was a good character till the end and I am really happy that he survived. If there is one character who deserved to be chief after Soichiro Yagami's death, its Shuichi Aizawa. Also, he has Bob Ross hair. W.
I realy like Aizawa, too. Matsuda is my favorite character, but Aizawa is a very close second. He's really such a great character and I like that he was the first one on the Task Force to suspect Light and then began to do his own investigation of Light. And that he began helping out Near, as well I'm really happy that he survived, too. There were a few times when I was worried for him. And I agree, that making Aizawa the Chief after Soichiro's death was a great decision. I was actually really happy to see that he became the new Chief. I wish that part had been in the anime. And yes, his hair is awesome. Thanks for watching!
he probably should be darker
Wasn't there a scene where Misa says 'now that you cut your hair you're not cute anymore?' 😂
Yeah, it's at 9:28. One of my favorite parts, lol.
Underrated character
I completely agree with you! And honestly, after Matsuda, Aizawa is my second-favorite character. I love how Aizawa later took the investigation into his own hands, too. Thanks for watching!
Right!?
@Sherief Woodard Yes. He def doesn't get the appreciation he deserves, imo. Thanks for watching!
bruh Near did get his evidence from Mello and from his own spk group he just didn't know because L also sent info to wammy when he died lol ik this is old but near beat him with the help of Aizawa too just he did use his info because he already had everything set
You're right. It was the info Aizawa gave Near over the phone that allowed Near to identify Light as Kira. But after that, Near already knew about the meetings with Takada and had his own plan to corner Light. But I still like that there was someone on the Task Force that suspected Light enough to investigate Light on his own. Thanks for watching!
Hes so relatable and easy to root for
Yes he is! I love Aizawa and it's great to see other people who like and appreciate Aizawa too. He's actually my 2nd-favorite character in Death Note. Matsuda is my first favorite and I really relate to him too. I feel like Aizawa is really underrated though. He doesn't always get the credit and recognition that he deserves. Thanks for watching!
When everyone find out that Light was kira and Aizawa looked too dissapointed and sad that if only they listened to L.... He wouldn't have died.
Yeah, he knew Light was Kira, but that probably didn't make it any easier to see the actual proof. I love that Aizawa became the first person on the Task Force to suspect Light though. And that he began doing his own investigation into Light as well. It's one of the reasons why Aizawa is one of my favorite characters. Thanks for watching!
All i want to find is the moment Aizawa found prove about Light being Kira. He's underrated
4:18 - am I the only one who finds it funny when he says "I also hate the way you gotta have the last word" 😂😂 guess maybe because I can relate when I'm arguing with a person, and they just gotta get that last word in even after we're done
Lol, yeah. I've known some people like that too, so I also understand how Aizawa is feeling when he says that. Thanks for watching!
I honestly never paid attention to Aizawa on my first and even second viewing of Death Note, but looking at this I realize how much I missed out on now that I can see things more deeply. Appreciate the underrated characters, people!!
Also the reason I'm looking into this now is because we have the same birthday 😌
Ah, your birthday is May 11th too. That tomorrow, so Happy Birthday!
Matsuda and Aizawa are actually my top two favorite characters in Death Note and I just like the six Task Force guys in general. I feel a lot of people don't pay much attention to these characters and they are very underrated and underappreciated. Especially as the Task Force, and particularly. Soichiro, Matsuda, and Aizawa play such major roles in the Kira investigation.
Thanks for watching!
@@KitsunesTrove Of course! And yep, it's today! I hope Aizawa has a very stress free birthday, he deserves it! I really love all of the main Task Force members, Matsuda was always my favorite but Aizawa is so underrated despite how important he is and how human he is. He's passionate and has so much kindness in his heart despite his cold demeanor. I'm glad there's someone out there who appreciates him and helps others so the same! Even after all this time! 🥰
Definitely the best hair in the entire show
I agree! He looked good after the haircut, but it was kind of sad to see his old hair go, lol. Thanks for watching!
Most underrated Death Note character
I agree! I really like Aizawa too, in fact after Matsuda, Aizawa is my second-favorite character. And yes, he's definitely underrated. Thanks for watching!
If Aizawa is a real person, he is probably dying in guilt because they doubted L from the beginning, kira killed his workmates and his boss soichirou died for nothing, I don't even know why are they so arrogant that they did not believe the 'greatest' detective in the world that time, so well it's their fault for not believing L
To be fair, Aizawa was the first member of the Task Force to start suspecting Light. And then began doing his own investigation into Light, even working with Near. He probably felt vindicated when Light was finally proven to be Kira.
I actually love Aizawa and the whole Task Force, tbh. Matsuda and Aizawa are my first two favorite characters in the show and Near is third.
Thanks for watching!
@@KitsunesTrove to be fair, he could have been more intelligent and saved the day early if they did not openly doubt L, and also he is freakin blind to not see light when light was with ray pember's wife which could have made the story finish early. but ofcourse since light is the main character not L, so the author made aizawa blind even though he can notice or see light LOL
@@spacecookie1091 Yeah, of course he didn't know who Light was yet, and his umbrella was blocking his view. The whole point of that scene though wasn't about Aizawa not seeing them, he wasn't supposed to notice them. It was meant to show how close Naomi was to getting to talk to a member of the Task Force. If Light hadn't been able to stop her when he did, she would have arrived back at the station around the same time as Aizawa. If this had happened though, he would have told her that the Chief's son wasn't on the Task Force and the whole series would only be about 7-8 episodes long, lol.
I respect your opinion though. Aizawa is still my second favorite character after Matsuda. A lot of people like L or Light the most though and that's fine, too. I personally couldn't stand Light, lol.
@@KitsunesTrove how come aizawa don't know his own chief's son LOL & as a part of japanese task force it would be lame if his observational skills were that bad just because of an umbrella . Aizawa was not supposed to notice them because light was the main character the protagonist so he can't be caught as designed by the author, plot armor as we call it.
@@KitsunesTrove i'm not hating on aizawa, i just don't like how majority of the people thinks light was smartest or the best when in fact he was favored in the story and by the story. Feels amazing knowing someone appreciates aizawa or the other side characters, awesome
I do like how, when Aizawa meets Near face to face for the first time, you can see that moment of surprise, before coming quickly to terms with it. The Aizawa from 6 years ago, who had yet to meet L would've probably thought the whole thing a big joke.
But yeah I like Aizawa a lot. After Soichiros death, I think he really comes into his own, and while at no point in the series would he be a major threat to Kira by himself, in the way L, Near, Mello and possibly Naomi could be, he's able to contribute pressure from within the Task Force onto Light, into enacting a plan that'll deal with everyone at once, which thanks to other factors, results in the ending we get.
That first moment where he gets his green aura as he just stares at Light, hunched over with shrewd eyes is pretty sick, showing that he's finally developed into a player of note within this cat and mouse hunt.
He's not quite as iconic as Matsuda, and Soichiros significance goes without saying (another fav character of mine, who gets some great chances to contribute to the story), but I think Aizawas slept on a lot. It took me awhile to notice him in the story.
I'm glad he went on to become the next Chief of the NPA. Mogi was smart and resourceful but a bit too reserved for the role, Matsuda is the sort of person you want around to keep a voice of humanity in the group. He wasn't a useless member, but many reasons why he would never be cut out for the role of chief. Ide I'm not sure, but he seemed to prefer a support role over being a leader, as seemingly Aizawa was the one who took the reigns on the police side of things, when the third Kira was being captured, while Ide was implied to be his right hand guy.
And well.. Ukita's dead.
After Soichiro, Aizawa seemed the best at bringing a room of people together. Which is ironic with how hot headed he can be in the first half, especially during points of working with L.
Of course, big props to him for figuring out the note exchanging; it was some of his own detective work that lead him to doubting Light, which is more than just being fed information. While some of his actions in the first half sadly do help Light, and make L's task harder, I think he makes amends, by not letting go of his suspicions and being an eye pointed at Light from inside the force.
I completely agree with everything you said. I love all of the Task Force guys, but Matsuda and Aizawa are my top two favorite Death Note characters. (Soichiro, Ide, Mogi, and Ukita are also all close to the top of the list). I also love how Aizawa was the first person on the team to suspect Light and began doing his own investigation into Light too. He can come off seeming a bit harsh, but you can tell that he actually cares a lot about the other Task Force members. And he seems to be a great family man too. I also agree that Aizawa was definitely the best choice to take over for Soichiro as well.
I feel like Aizawa's character has a lot of depth and we see him grow as a character,. Especially in the second half, when he gets his own green color as you mentioned, which tells us he's going to be playing an even bigger role in whatever happens next.
I feel like a lot of people don't really appreciate Aizawa, so it's nice to see someone else who likes his character and gives him the credit he deserves.
Thanks for watching!
Aizawa is actually incredibly smart out of all the Japan team besides L and Light
I completely agree with you! He's the first among the team to suspect Light. He begins to do his own investigative work in the case too, and I feel that he played a very important part in finally bringing down Kira. Aizawa is actually one of my favorite characters. Thanks for watching!
Gigachad Aizawa
Absolutely! I agree 💯
Thanks for watching!
RIP Keiji Fujiwara, his voice OV actor
I know. I was so sad when I heard about it. Keiji Fujiwara was a very talented voice actor.
@@KitsunesTrove Indeed man, indeed.
7:50 when you finally realized that one of your own is the guy your trying to catch and because of ignorance 2 of your allies have died… poor Aizawa he realized when his boss soichiro bit the dust to find out light was kira all along
True. I love it though that Aizawa was the first one on the Task Force who began to suspect Light and then began investigating Light on his own. It's one of the reasons why Aizawa is my second-favorite character, (Matsuda being my first favorite). Thanks for watching!
@@KitsunesTrove credit to Soichiro tho for still having an inkling of doubt before his death
I imagine he felt even more bad since he had doubted L too. Can't fully blame him fully though. I'm glad that despite that, he still decided to pursue light on his own instead of thinking he was 100% innocent like everyone else though
Matsuda is my favorite character, but Aizawa is definitely second. I did like that he started suspecting Light before the others on the Task Force did, and that he took the initiative to begin investigating Light on his own, too.

AIZAWA
MOMENT! 🤣
I agree! I like that part, too. I enjoy that whole scene actually, especially Aizawa literally throwing Misa out of the room, lol. Thanks for watching!
What makes it even funnier is the look of shock on Chief Yagami’s face. 😆
My fav character from the show. Its rlly sad to find out that his voice actor passed away..
I love Aizawa! And I know what you mean. I was sad when I learned about his voice actor's passing, too. Thanks for watching!
2:24 why do they have to take their pants off until they get in???
But this scene is really funny
Ikr? Still, this is definitely one of my favorite Aizawa scenes. Just because it's so funny. Thanks for watching!
L is extremely thorough. Bare in mind this series was made before TSA upped their game. So he was well ahead of his time and probably thought Aizawa had a gun or grenade strapped to his balls.
Good point. It could have been too risky for L to be any less careful than that. Thanks for watching!
btw i kinda wish there were some more interactions with him and near. it would be awesome since he also seen light with ray's fiance once. idk i love the death note series.
Yeah, more interaction between the two of them would have been cool. I love Death Note too and Aizawa is actually my 2nd favorite character, (Matsuda being 1st). I just really liked that Aizawa was the first one on the team to suspect Light. And that he then began doing his own investigation, too.
I think that at first it was red vs blue, but after a while the green appeared and it was the metaphor of the people's rage of betrayal. Aizawa trusted Light just like all of the task force and he was ready to investigate against his son's boss and close friend. Aizawa was my root to win and I'm glad he made it.
I love Aizawa, he's actually my second favorite character, after Matsuda. I like that he was the first one on the task force to suspect Light and that he took the initiative to investigate him. I was really rooting for him, too. And yes, Aizawa getting his own color was important and symbolic as well. Thanks for watching!
Aizawa is one of the few good guys in a show where 80% of the characters are bad
Ikr? He's actually my second favorite character after Matsuda. A very close second though. As you said, he's one of the few good guys. And I love how he later took the Investigation of Light into his own hands, too. Thanks for watching!
Good, evil, its all just opinions really. But im glad "thou shalt not kill" is still an extremely popular opinion in today's world. I doubt I'd survive long if it wasn't.
@@KitsunesTrove I was just happy that Matsuda and Aizawa lived to the end. I already had to witness the deaths of enough good characters up to that point.
@AlphonseSwedgen I agree. It was another reason that I wanted Light to lose. I was pretty sure that if he won, Matsuda and Aizawa would both die and they're my favorite characters too. Thanks for watching!

Then task force would get suspicious that why note pad dissappeared
@@maxysaiyan8112 No notepad would have dissappeared, since they would dispose the notepads they brought with them. Not the ones already present in the hotel room. The hotel room would be the same way as when they arrived

I agree. I really like Aizawa, in fact he's my 2nd-favorite character in Death Note. Matsuda is my 1st favorite. Thanks for watching my videos and commenting!
him figuring out they wrote notes is great. Near Melo saga is great.
I love Aizawa he's such an underrated character and his scenes were some of the 2nd half's best moments(miss his Afro though) plus him telling Light it's over always puts a smile on my face. Also I love the scenes in 4:27-5:23 and 8:10-8:28 with him and his family so much and it pisses me off they aren't talked about more.
Aizawa is one of my favorites. I like how he was the first member of the team to suspect Light and how he did his own investigation to try and prove this. And yeah, I liked seeing him with his family too. It's a different side of Aizawa that we don't see very often otherwise. Thanks for watching!
Kitsune's Trove One of the few characters who still had his family without no loss. Your welcome.
*Aizawa is being a Uncle of Task force*

This is one of my favorite Aizawa scenes, lol. Thanks for watching!
He is now the Chief of the NPA Aizawa
Yes he is and it's well-deserved too! I feel like a lot of people probably don't know this if they've only watched the anime. We find this out in the last chapter of the manga, which they left out of the anime completely. Thanks for watching!
11:49 near reminds him of L
2:22 😂😂😂
I just finished Death Note and I'm not really into anime shows but I really liked Aizawa. Difficult to explain why but maybe cos he felt the most real and he was part of the investigation team and had the wits to investigate Light on his own while the others were not as switched on. Aizawa felt like he was matured and just a real person.
I really like Aizawa, too. He's actually my second-favorite character, (Matsuda being my first). You're right, he is more mature and serious about his work and the investigation, which I also like about him. I like that we get a glimpse of his family life as well. And I do absolutely love the fact that Aizawa began doing his own investigation of Light, despite the fact that, at that time, no one else suspected him yet. He really is a great character, imo. Thanks for watching!
0:40 this was so funny to me 😂😭😭😭😭
Haha! 😂 That is a pretty funny line when you think about it. Especially given the seriousness of everything else going on in this scene at the time. Thanks for watching!
Goodbye Keiji Fujiwara (Suichi Aizawa voice actor)
I know. I was so sad to hear about it when it happened. A very talented voice actor indeed. Thanks for watching!
@@KitsunesTrove This act was also known for giving voice to Shingo Shoji from Initial D, the Jocker to Iron Man, Gowther the commandment of selflessness and if I'm not mistaken he also voiced Shin Chan's father.
@@martinelsaiyan7181 You're right. In fact, I think Shin Chan's father was one of his first roles. He also voiced Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist and FMAB. He did Leorio in the 2011 Hunter x Hunter, too.So many great characters!

Yes, I agree 💯
Thanks for watching!
1:55 Aizawa looks like: SHUT THE FXXX UP💢💢💢!!!
4:03 best moment objectively
Trevor Devall is a kinda comedic here XD
9:35 extreme anime moment
After he cuts his hair he becomes more interesting...

Honestly one of my favorite scenes, lol. Thanks for watching!

I'd actually count on Aizawa
Same here. He just seems very dependable and he always took he Kira investigation seriously, too. It was cool that he returned later on as well, after leaving the Task Force earlier. I like that he was the first one on the team to suspect Light and then began investigating Light on his own.
Aizawa is actually my second-favorite character, (Matsuda being my first favorite). Thanks for watching!

Beautiful reply, I totally agree with you!

That whole scene is one of my favorites. Aizawa just finally lost all patience with Misa, lol. Him literally throwing her out of the room is hilarious to me. Also, the expression on Soichiro's face when Aizawa first stands up, that's funny as welll. Aizawa is actually my 2nd-favorite character, (Matsuda being my first). Thanks for watching!
5:32 save the say
Oml, the scene with his daughter. I'm crying
4:28 😊😊😊
Very Smart and handsome man 😃
I agree completely. He is very smart and I think he's handsome, too. Especially after the haircut.
@@KitsunesTrove yeah his stupid hair in the first half makes him ugly before he chadded up 😂
is it me or does aizawa look like ichigo dad in bleach
Never really thought about it, but I guess I can kind of see a resemblance. Thanks for watching!
Ishiin kurosaki? Pre time skip he looks like that Joke/parody substitute shinigami with the afro.
Does anyone know the name of the song playing at 8:16?
It's called "Death Image". Here's a link to it on CZcams: czcams.com/video/XtHbQ-2QU0A/video.html

@@KitsunesTrove I’m so sorry, I found it in the description and forgot to delete my comment. 😅 Thank you for answering and even providing a link though!
No worries! Glad you were able to find it.
Pre-haircut: 🤮
Post-haircut: 😍
I actually like his pre-haircut
I'm aizawa my name aizawa
as the afro character I do think that he should have been a shade Browner than the rest of the characters
that's just me. I think his ark would have worked stronger that way
But they get my daughter is an afro girl and she is as white as me so, that doesn't mean anything
He is Japanese not afro lol
I never liked Near. He's an L wannabe according to me.
