Ayala Alabang is the richest neighborhood in Alabang but the richest neighborhoods in the Philippines are Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village near BGC.
I think many of the richest of Forbes park have moved to Alabang or bgc.
Don't forget the Corinthian village that's exclusive to the rich.
Forbes Park is usually for the Old Money, except for the likes of Manny Pacquiao. ✅
Definitely Manny is one you would consider "aspirational" homeowner in Forbes Park! And there are quite a few names as well who are not Old Money.
One way to compare is through property value. Forbes will come in first, Dasma will be second, those around Makati City San Lorenzo, Bel air, Urdaneta and Magalanes are about the same. Their proximity to Makati is a factor. The second is residents. Celebrities are one but the biggest indicator are the homes of diplomats. Most Ambassadors of different countries reside in Forbes. The property is owned by countries they represent. These properties are huge, considering they operate as their Embassy. The U.S. Embassy is located in Forbes along McKinley road and have been there for a long time. Next would be be historical aspects of the home. Right next door to the U.S. embassy was the home of General Romulo former U.N. Secretary General, the first Filipino elected to the seat. He was also with Gen. McArthur when he returned and landed in Leyte. Both Forbes and Dasme have had high profile residents of one time or another but have changed hands over time. Very similar to Beverly Hills where homes of celebrities were once owned by actors in the 30s,40s 50s and so on. They hold historical value.
We love Alabang and saw how the place developed so much, reminiscing the old times when there used to be only mango trees everywhere but now its all Mall, hotels but still love to hang out there.
Love it that Lucy points out the Laguna de Bay. You know these guys are "stayers," not visitors ü
I'm stuck in UAE due to my CKD and watching this Video made me so nostalgic because I'm an Alabang Boy! Grew up in that area, had many events and dinners at Vivere and we used to hangout at Festival Mall. I'm in tears.....
Festival Mall in Dubai ?
Nice hotel room! Nice neighborhood! Love Philippines! We'll be there in 2 weeks! Merry Christmas!
thanks for watching!
My hometown! People are more chill there, they tried to put clubs in the area back in the day, they always failed, coz "southies" prefer to hangout in a friends house chill or drink. We have a more laid back vibe :)
I miss alabang the people simplicity rich or poor they don't care as long you enjoy the vibes .
Wow, that area looks beautiful. Glad to see y'all enjoying yourselves 🙂
IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE OLD RICH OF MAKATI AND NEW MANILA, ALABANG AREA WAS DEVELOPED IN THE EARLY 70's, BEFORE MAKATI THERE WAS MALATE, SOME OF THE OLD FAMILY NAMES STILL HAVE PROPERTIES THERE, AN OLD PINOY HERE WHO WAS BORN IN MANILA☺
How I miss the old Malate 💖💖 a time when families & clans knew each other, connected one way or another.....being prim and proper was a norm....
Great but why are you screaming?
Love the room tour❤
I think Koda was trying to get rid of the fence between him and those kiddie cars LOL. He got George's car genes. That hotel room is great for a family who might otherwise have to get a few rooms. God bless!
The original richest neighborhood in Manila is New Manila in Q.C but now it's Forbes park, Dasmarinas village and Ayala Alabang.
Yes New Manila was the richest neighborhood before Forbes park.
I really enjoy watching your vlog. Thank you for appreciating my country the Phillipines. Its actually a great way of informing foreigns that it is fun and at the same time safe to travel around the Philippines. Hope you visit Amadeo, Cavite my place. The coffee capital of the Philippines. ❤❤❤ 😊😊😊

Love to know that you’re enjoying my country ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Beautiful family 👪
Since you're in the area, please try ATC or Alabang Town Center also a very nice mall
That little guy is growing so fast...
Looking forward to seeing you three in the next vlog. Love you three .from Australia.
this vlogging is so premium feels like your also in the scene keep it up guys
Your style of vlogging is like watching a hit movie. So damn interesting and entertaining to follow through to the end. Lucy's a perfect hostess showing us around in that unbelievable hotel unit. George and this senior citizen follower has the same fear for heights called "altophobia". Ayala Alabang is where even the late President Ramos used to live. That's really where Business tycoons, known personalities live. Hope you reach a million followers real soon. Keep up your great style of vlogging.
probably not the richest neighborhood in the Manila but one of the most awesome.... love that you're loving Manila... enjoy!!
I do remember that vlog where you were driving around the posh neighborhood. i think George even said he wished someone would invite you 2 to one of the houses there. :)
Wow it’s looks like a condo. So cool thanks for posting
Nice mall George and Lucy I enjoy going to the malls here 😎😎
Hey.. Aside from festival mall, there's another mall there which is called alabang town center.. AT.. AND it is located right in front of one of the biggest and most expensive villages in the Philippines.. Ayala Alabang Village where some of the most powerful politicians and most famous. Celebrities live.. Where houses range from 300M to a billion pesos.
I wish one of your fans from AAV would invite you inside Ayala Alabang. The houses there are UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
Thank you for sharing Alabang area very nice were almost beside Alabang area ❤
Forbes Park still… when somewhere in alabang go to MOLITO cool Japanese restaurants, etc2x.
That hotel room is huge...talk about luxury. Hi Koda, getting so big now. Alabang used to be a more rural area, not the rich neighborhood like it is now. The food looks yummy.
ayala alabang, alabang hills and bf homes paranaque
We own a unit there in Vivere on the 22nd floor. In fact, I emailed them to reserve our unit because my husband will be there to stay for a month Feb 15th to March 15th to play golf in the Philippines with friends. I love their shuttle service to Fiesta Mall or Alabang Mall. We have a parking area also in the basement. We were thinking of selling our unit, but we decided to hold off for now. Enjoy your stay at Vivere. It's not really a hotel. They call it CONDOTEL. Most of their customers are business/corporate employees. There is a restaurant on the top floor with a swimming pool. There are lots of weddings held in Vivere.
Another wonderful video!
Thanks again!
They have a great rooftop restaurant, awesome view in the evening.
💖💖 the most posh burb is Forbes Park.....
What a good life you got! Rich couple!
Wow! nice!
Cute Koda.
When is Lucy going to teach Koda how to do the proper "A Juicy vlog room tour bed tumble"?
I miss her doing that. 😊
Merry Christmas to you all🌲
Like to hear ❤ Juicy vlog room tour.. nice information vlog 🥰
Vivere is close to my workplace in Northgate. Hope to see you soon.
You are wealthy also , because you are staying there . I like your vlogging
Awesome vlog.
The rich people in the Philippines live in Forbes Park, Dasmarinas Village and the newest residential are is the Ayala Alabang. The very old rich family in the Philippines are the Ayala family which I believe still live in Forbes Park.
I used to work at one of the hospitals in that area and frequented that mall. Actually, Festival is more of the Middle Class mall. The Town Center not too far from there is where the posh people hang out more in my understanding. Nice videos Guys, as always.
Gosh your here at the south. Hope to see you at festival mall.
Hello George and Lucy..... Watching your Video Premiere!!!

Definitely Powerplant Mall, it's my favourite. I usually walk there from Greenfield Mandaluyong. There's a guy playing the piano usually on the weekends, he's fantastic.

Dont forget to go to Central Park ❤ few steps from Vivere

Visit amanpulo resort....
Actually, people in Ayala, Alabang do not shop in Festival Mall. They usually shop in ALABANG TOWN CENTER (which is near their Village) or in some malls in Manila.
Koda should start his own CZcams name Little Becoming Filipino 🙏
Filinvest was ist developed than BGC i think 15 years ahead,

Its a shame that festival mall is not full.
There is some great restaurants at Westgate.
Beautiful Country Philippines
Where is vivere at , I’m asking because if we come visit our homeland, have an idea where to stay, thanks
Nice place
We used to picnic in that area when it was government animal stock farm
Festival Mall is not as beautiful as it used to be. It looks so old. They need to update it.
Is the indoor amusement park still there?
I used to work there in Vivere Hotel and yeah Alabang is one of the richest places in Manila
Listen guys I'm in Chicago flights are expensive to all the cities in Philippines except Manila. Is it cheaper to fly to Manila Then fly to various town or just fly directly to the towns I want to visit?
Alabang, the best place in Metro Manila! Bar None.
Maybe contact Okada and see if they could comp you for a night at one of their pool villas.
