It takes more than your ancestors' sacrifices, hard work, and dedication to run a company this big. If the current and future owner of their company can't keep up to their ancestors' efforts then their reigns will be buried in history. Some rich kids may try to make their own paths but they should be trained well enough to help or even take over the company when the situation calls for it.

not temporary, these are true old money rich, their wealth lasts for generations and more. if you look at the family history of these people you can see their wealth goes all the way back to the 1800's. these kids will never have to work a day in their lives until their last breath and their future children and grandchildren will never work a day in their lives too and so on that is how wealthy they truly are. their lives maybe temporary but their wealth kinda lasts forever.

Yet if there's a chance that one of them would deviate slightly away from what their clan/s did to accumulate wealth, they may or may not succeed. Time will tell if some not most nor all of them will follow the whole entrepreneur track like their parent/s and/or ancestors. I'd say at least a couple of them would rather be artists since they're set for life anyway.

in the U.S. employees can participate owning company stocks where they work through employees retirement contributions. When a company makes a profit, sometimes at the end of the year, some companies gives profit sharing by giving employees shares of stocks. Companies are sharing their wealth profits down to the lowest employees through company stocks. Shares of company's stocks can grow in value overtime. The longer the employees stays with the company, the greater company stocks they accumulate over time
It called sharing the wealth so that everyone benefits. As long as the company is managed well, profit flows into the company's growth.
I hope in the Philippines they will do the same. Successful companies can issue shares of their company's stocks to their employees so that employees can also benefit & accumulate wealth. When an employee(s) leave the company, they then sell their stocks or when they retire.

Pinoys are a mixed race, our Muslim community could trace their roots from Brunei and some from Arabia, our Chinese Filipino ancestors settled here before the Spaniards, even some northern Luzon province tribes could trace their roots from Taiwan 😊

Rich kids of manila, philippines. So sad, among the kids mentioned only one kid is a full blooded filipino. Filipino people gising!

lol mas mahirap pa siguro maghanap ng full blooded filipino eh. Filipino is a nationality, not race. You have to note na ang mga ninuno natin eh galing din sa ibang bansa, aita/malay/indones. kaya kung may nakikita kang pinoy with western look and you feel like life is unfair, then it's just your insecurity. Don't drag other Filipinos down with your low self esteem

Tama ka naman. Though Filipino is a nationality, the race is brown of southeast Asia. Though colonizers and foreigners intermarried, those are not the indigenous people.
Naiintindihan ko ang pagiging feeling proud natin when a fellow brown skin pinoy reaches the top, especially in a nation that couldn't get past its colonial mentality.

@@enchanting10 Unfortunately, some Filipinos wasn't proud of having a brown skin President who topped the BAR exam during his time, was exiled and accused of certain crimes he didn't ordered, yet now a Romualdez who's an in-law of his, is being linked as corrupt because he has a mining company, even long before becoming a politician.
