I don't know who this man is or if he has other videos but I don't understand how someone with his physical stature can be that strong/powerful. He looks like he in in shape with decent muscular definition but I just can't believe how strong and explosive he is ! Pause the video at 11:17 to get a better understanding on just how powerfully explosive he is. The man is roughly two inches off the ground whilst lifting that heavy weight with one arm !! He uses every part of his body to get that weight up and while hes in the air hes still lifting that weight up, Amazing !!
