It was funny to see Anatoli mimicking the weights while cleaning, as if he were offering cleaning services at the gym! It was truly an unexpected experience
All these videos are good for a laugh, and they really drive home the point that mass is not the same as strength. I've also learned something about myself, I'm realizing just how strong I was back in the day. I'm almost 56 now and thirty years ago I could bench my weight and squat double my weight. Bear in mind the closest I ever came to doing a workout was in boot camp at 18...the rest of my it was work, not workout. I wonder what I could have been had I done powerlifting...
