@@MagentaSnowI can guarantee you that they are not paying for the space outside of those parking units. The signs make that pretty clear. They got the housing and covered parking. Most landlords have it in the lease that cars are not allowed in specific places and ABSOLUTELY NO CAR WORK
@@MagentaSnow they are paying for their apartment and garage and they knew that when they signed the lease. They don't get to park in clearly market no parking zones or dump oil wherever they want.
Have their vehicles towed. Every time you have to have the same vehicle towed, hire a tow company that's further away, like, out of state away..........
I would have charged them to clean it. When i rented, i followed the rules, kept the place clean. Fixed minor thing and left it cleaner than when i arrived. I even cleaned the carpet. Not all landlords are rich, some rely on that income and even if they are, good for them, just be a decent person and aspire to improve your life. It starts at home.
@@investfourmore So, like I said, where would you expect repairs to be made? Disrespect for property cleanliness notwithstanding, it wasn't the repairs that were the issue, and I agree with that. Modify your next lease agreement, and evict in the future for parking, cleankiness and care of the property. If it isn't in the lease, your signs are debatable in court, as the tenant could argue they were put up after they moved in, and not a part of the lease.
@@investfourmore Yes, I saw that. Then I offered you advice on how to prevent that in the future. I'm in agreement with you. Looks like a nice property, and you should keep it that way. By fixing your lease agreement. If it isn't written down, it's arguable in court.
How do you expect anyone to pay their rent if they can't fix the vehicle they need to get there. It's not reasonable or realistic to expect people to get it towed to a shop and then get ripped off on repairs in this economy.
Blocking garages is ok with you?? I’ve lived in apt complexes the size of small towns. Trust me the rules are the rules and it’s not your neighbors or your landlord’s problem that your car doesn’t run and that you can’t pay the rent! Imagine if I told my mortgage company that my car broke and I couldn’t pay the mortgage??? Yeah they’re coming for their house and rightfully so!!! This isn’t how life works and you need to get up to speed on that subject!!
sometimes it doesnt hit home until it hits the wallet
Yup
it is never their fault, it is always someone elses.
exactly
When a property owner says don’t do something then don’t.
simple
Hopefully the tenants understand that you are serious and that you aren't an absentee landlord.
Yup!
Yeah, would hate for them to think they have any sort of freedom with the space they’re paying for.
Staining the ground with car fluids while illegally parked, and fixing cars is also not too cool.

Audio? Also, isn't this becoming constructive grounds for an eviction?
Something got messed up and yes
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes lol😅

Who pays for the tow? Send letters out & no more warnings.
Tenants do

I love when ppl have no Authority to give permission because they don’t think it’s a big deal… rules are rules
yes

Weird.... there was audio
Yellow paint No Parking on the ground
Other than (OMG 🤯) making car repairs where they live ( Where else would you expect them to make them?) I completely agree.
In their garage and not dumping oil or coolant on the drive

How can the trash truck not reach the dumpster?
For insurance reasons there has to be a certain amount of space on both sides .. it was explained in a prior video
@@sidfrancis8765 yes and other cars park in different parts of the driveway blocking it even more.

Fix it on the street, but that black car runs just fine.
