carbohydrates 82 grams
fat 30 grams and

If u drop below 1000 calories for a prolonged period of time it will cause so many effects .during this corona outbreak period icmr give certain dietary guidelines.if anyone want to lose weight avoid carbs and include more protein and fibres in your diet and exercise for 1 hrs and drink plenty of water .dont keep your calories below 1300 .reduce your weight slowly.

If u take very low calorie diet and less quantity it’s takes two days to pass stool
On 800 calorie diet constipation will surely happen that is because of less food not bcas of less water alone.
Only when u eat proper min prescribed calorie everyday stools will be formed.

800 calorie diet is suitable for people with BMI >30. Others better to follow a low calorie diet of 1200 to 1400. The rebound weight gain after very low calorie diet can be depressing for some.

I have read the book.all the trails are on people with overweight and underlying health conditions specially diabetics. I haven't seen any report normal healthy individual who's only problem is overweight. Change in metabolism can cause severe hormonal problems in young healthy women.
