    I lost approximately 12 kgs with Keto diet in 6 months and was in my same plateau weight (65 Kgs) for the past almost 2 months.. I just restarted my Keto plan since yesterday and this video really motivates me a lot. Thank you for your useful videos. @tamizhpenn.

      low carbs does not cause diabetes. Taking multi-vitamins and good amount of protein will help prevent hair loss
      that is fine if you are not hungry, body is using the fat in the body

    Good, convenient and practical diet for all types of people who needs to shed some pounds in a month or two to begin or resume their fitness regime after a break. For gents the same diet goes with a max of 1500 calories. Keep up your good work .. 👍

    Hi sister, i am 22 yrs old and 75 kgs weighed. After getting inspired from your videos i started doing intermittent fasting did about 3 weeks in this Quarantine time. But i starred to experience excessive hair loss in this 3 weeks. I had thyroid issues at before but now it is normal range only. So can u pls suggest a remedy and reason for my hair fall. Pls i am in need.... 😊

      Hello ma i was on low carb pure vegetarian diet for 2 days but thisnew diet is disturbing my bowel moments and complete diarrhoea /dysentry for me whenever i take anything.Please reply why is this happening.Expecting your reply.thank you.

      protein is required for hair and muscle. Calories are what is important. Taking protein powder will not lead to weight gain if you keep your calories in target
