I lost approximately 12 kgs with Keto diet in 6 months and was in my same plateau weight (65 Kgs) for the past almost 2 months.. I just restarted my Keto plan since yesterday and this video really motivates me a lot. Thank you for your useful videos. @tamizhpenn.
Day 22 morning two sapota lunch buttermilk rice evening dates cashew biscuits dinner two millet dosa with ground nut chutney
Day 21 morning bottle guard juice lunch millet rice with mushroom poriyal evening snake guard poriyal dinner one red banana
Day 20 morning turmeric tea two sapota lunch sambar rice with ladies finger poriyal evening biscuits dinner two roti with chutney
Day 24 morning bottle guard juice lunch millet rice with vegetables evening coffee dinner 3 idlis with sambar
Day 26 Morning Turmeric tea lunch red rice with brinjal curry ..evening puffed rice with ground nuts and fried grams night little rasam rice
Day 28 morning bottle guard juice guava lunch millet rice with vegetables evening puffed rice rotis and chikkis
Last 5 days i follow 800 diet...and doing some execercise i really see the results

low carbs does not cause diabetes. Taking multi-vitamins and good amount of protein will help prevent hair loss
that is fine if you are not hungry, body is using the fat in the body

Hi sister, i am 22 yrs old and 75 kgs weighed. After getting inspired from your videos i started doing intermittent fasting did about 3 weeks in this Quarantine time. But i starred to experience excessive hair loss in this 3 weeks. I had thyroid issues at before but now it is normal range only. So can u pls suggest a remedy and reason for my hair fall. Pls i am in need.... 😊

i have not heard of allergies with flax seeds, stop taking it if you think it is because of flax seeds
