- The beginning of my AC1 stealth guide discussing detection, AI states, and blending.
This series was made in collaboration with my friend Mintdragon, who got me to start a CZcams channel in the first place. She told me about several techs in AC1 that will appear in this series, including the guard reaction to blending that I was not initially aware of. Show her some love!

Addendums:
i’m so glad you referred to it as subject 17 and the animus and not just the player and game - it’s a small detail but it makes this tutorial really immersive
Bruh when you said you were making an AC1 stealth guide, I didn’t think you meant that it was coming out
I’m finally able to play ac1 after growing up playing ac2 and playing assassins creed my whole life, only to find out that ac1 is an ENTIRELY different game. I love how simply complex the stealth is and how reliant it is on doing as the people do instead of mechanically concealing your body from enemy eyes.
I find it so ridiculous how back then they actually tried and definitely succeeded in giving an in depth tutorial but now tutorials are how to look around and move your character like ffs we know how to use a controller
I was surprised when I went back and payed more attention how detailed the tutorial is in terms of detection.
Ladders are socially acceptable.
I like that there is no commentary; Sweet and simple text, so I hit the like button.
Great stuff man. I wasn’t aware of how suspicious guards react to Altair trying to shank em face to face but looking back it makes a lot of sense
needed this
Guards investigating area for a killer.
Great introduction, Kino. The editing is very nice, the clips are short and very telling, the font is gorgeous, along with the transparent background. Learnt some new stuff here, thanks to you and Mint.
I've just begin to replay AC1 so I'm happy to see this pop up in my CZcams feed!
Back when the hidden blade would actually let you kill people in broad daylight without getting noticed by the entire city of guards also i preferred the old detection system sure the one we are used to in 2 is cool and nice but the first made really feel like youre part of the creed
"teach the player new skills" in 15 year old game. Daring but then again, this is Kino's stealth guide so
This guid series need more love
I'm loving your presentation and informative content.
