Vinicius has become the main target because he went from the missing clear chances meme to a wonder kid and that infuriates a lot of rivals. But LaLiga has has this problem for some time now. The Williams brothers at Athletic Club have received racist insults and online harassment. Diakhaby (València) also suffered the same abuse 2 years ago by a Cadiz player, but nobody moved a finger for him at LaLiga.
Honestly I can't be surprised we've come to this. LaLiga current president, Javier Tebas, has ties to the Fuerza Nueva party, a far right party with links to francoism and fascism and has also expressed sympathy for Vox, another more influential right wing party. He's always dismissive of racism in the stadiums and in the competition.
On the other side you have the media, who treat racism as a matter of teams and not a deep-rooted, transversal problem to the sport. With Vinicius it's become disgusting. They blame the victim on being too provocative and "look at your other black teammates who don't get into trouble". Even from madridist media, there have been columns and voices telling him to "stick to football, keep playing, focusing on the game".
These two factors are, to me, the difference between LaLiga and the Premier League. The two leagues might have the same levels of racism in the stands, but in the Premier League I perceive a unanimous opposition from every entity involved that I just don't see in the Spanish League.

As in identified by those sat in the stands and ejected by stewards, the video of almost that entire stadium chanting abuse and only 8 bans were issued, La Liga, Serie A, RUS League, serious serious problems with fans, and with players, I perceive these leagues as being way more racist than the prem, there are bad apples here and more action should be taken but as stated in the video, this isn't about one league or the other, this is about education and normalisation, more and more, people are normalising racism, the reason we can't kick it out of the sport is simply there is too much money at stake to put a hard stop, plus not wanting to punish good fans etc, harsh examples' need to be made at every level of the clubs and their fans. That's not to say some of them can't still access the stadium as casuals, but at least they have been forced to keep a lower profile and their presence and the incidents caused by them have been reduced drastically. As for this video though, mate. A masterpiece, racism is unforgivable in any context, I think of England as being a country with a real racism problem and I'm not saying it's not, however when you hear racist abuse in England it's usually dealt with pretty quickly and strongly and is note worthy in national news, from this video it sounds like it's a pretty common issue in Spain. I respect the hell out of how you have transitioned from FIFA videos to being one of the best documentary style football channels on CZcams mate. Keep up the good work!
As for future videos I'd love to see, the fall and rise of Stockport County could be a good video! I'm biased I know but we were looking at the League 1 playoffs before we entered admin, got relegated twice in a row out of the football league for the first time in over 100 years, 2 years later relegated again to regional football for the first time. Stagnated for 6 years, got our act together financially slowly rebuilt, won the Conference North in 2019, in January 2020 we were taken over by an incredibly wealthy owner with ambitions of getting to the championship. Nearly made the playoffs in 2020 before covid, won the conference after an epic title race in 2022 and now we're in the League 2 playoff final and trust me Mark Stott's ambition doesn't end there!

2nd offense 5 home games + 1% of broadcast revenue for the season (or something similar)
3rd offence: Same ban + 3 point deduction + 5% of position related broadcast revenue at the end of the season.
Only way clubs can avoid blame is to stop offence proactively or fish out perpetrators if not possible.
% of Broadcast revenues sound harsh but folks in non-white countries pay TV money that forms part of these revenues, if we assume such behavior getting too bad will affect viewership, such punishment makes sense.

If their club is missing out on Europe, not winning a title or getting relegated because they're being shameless assholes then its their own fault, and i mean any form of racist or discriminatory chants, anything that causes a player or match official whoever to want to leave a stadium or feel threatened, the club in question should be punished

Valencia CF, in line with the club’s permanent commitment against racism and violence in all forms, announce that the police has identified a fan who made racist gestures at Real Madrid’s Vinícius Jr in the Matchday 35 match at Mestalla on May 21st. The club are also working along with the police to confirm the identity of any other potential offenders.
From the moment that the unfortunate events occurred, the club have analysed all the available footage, working alongside the authorities as rapidly as possible to clarify what happened in order to be able to act quickly and forcefully.
Valencia CF have proceeded to open a disciplinary case, will apply the maximum level of severity, including a lifetime stadium ban against the fans involved, and is working closely together with the authorities.
The club strongly condemn this type of behaviour, which has no place in football and society and does not correspond to the values of Valencia CF and our fans.

I'm gonna write in Spanish because I want to express myself as good as I can:
