Not letting agitators return to a country after a succesful revolution is a ridiculous oversight and gives the impression they didnt think this through fully.
@@NnormPR I saw a few. Particularly the ones where they had to switch countries because they didn't work properly. But that was before release.
Ppl will nitpick about anything
dude.. oversights happen.. It's our job as the consumers/fans to point these things out so they can go back to the kitchen and perfect their recipe. Get it?
@@michibichi2212 They're literally exiles. They usually want to get back into their own country.
Developers, I urge you to read Blood and Power by John Foot and Budapest by Victor Sebestyen. They provide an absolutely incredible insight unto the political turmoil and divide of the beginning of the 20th century, and well as key information about laws that only applied to certain areas within countries (Hungary continueing to have serfdom while Austria proper did not, despite being controlled by Austria, for example).
What? Hungary abolished serfdom by the April laws of 1848 and nobles were compensated by the state even after the unsuccesful revolution and freedomfight of 1848-49
@@csoki1998 Yes I'm referring to up until 1848, which is within the timeline of Victoria 3. Austria controls Hungary and starts with no serfdom. My comment mentions the 20th century but I intended that as a separate topic.
@@mattc9998 Ohh okay, I see it now, sorry
I really like how Closed Borders got a nice subtle buff with this.
Please click on events it makes me very angry watching you ignore an event. Also I’m very hyped
Consoooooom! Buy product, get exicited for next product!!!!
@@FM_1819 if you don’t care about it you don’t need to watch the video or comment
@@FM_1819 The "consoom" meme seems like something rightoids love to say.
I wish there was an option to make events pop up in your face like in the old times. It's only more frustrating to live in constant fear of missing something important. Oh wait, with the way FOMO is the staple of modern game design, it all fits together... hiding events was just a first step towards hiding historical characters behind time limited offers.
@@HanakoSeishin you can change the settings for that in the game. "Pause game yes/no?"
this looks great so far. i love how the victoria 3 team has been in such a good flow, making so many updates just after release
Are you serious? It's been almost 8 months and the game is barely playable.
@@shouryasahu9993 i would like to know what you mean by 'barely playable'. it ran and behaved well at launch (which victoria 2 cant say the same, if you think ai is bad now, play 2010 vicky) and with 1.1 plus 1.2, the AI industrialize fairly consistently and make smarter choices now. thats all good in my eyes. along with the upcoming agitators of 1.3, this game has passed victoria 2 in a lot of mechanics and its not even a year old yet. victoria 2 was literally a waiting simulator, while in victoria 3 im constantly hands on with my nation and i love it
victoria 3 is still not perfect but the progress they are currently making is turning this game into one of their best releases.
@@pongorma6757 victoria 3 is just shit, cope
@@shouryasahu9993barely playable my ass
@@shouryasahu9993Absolutely. I didn't even reach 1000 hours of playtime yet.
They ignored that this is the first stream since December 2022.
Looking very exciting, good job to everyone on the dev team.
Thank you. Looks awesome. Anything to flesh the game out more is awesome
When it says "We are supporting the House of Bonaparte", who is "we"?
It would make sense to introduce prime ministers or other officials who we can use to channel this roleplay.
"We" is the spirit of the nation, thats how they want us to roleplay vicky3
@@MojnMojn To be honest I don't actually think they do know how they want us to roleplay it. If you watch One Proud Bavarian he does it really well, he follows the traits of the leader themselves, but at the moment this can cause the game to stagnate.
I would love to see a legislature, cabinet and more in depth government and opposition but that would be a massive expansion. More so on simulating elections as they would need to add in porportional representation (10% of the vote = 10% of the seats) and somehow calculate first past the post districts.
Would be great if the next immersion pack would focus on the balkans, national secessions and so on. I think there is a lot of untapped potential.
Please add in depth Naval mechanics, ship designing, 19th and early 20th century has very interesting naval stuff just look at the game Rule the Waves.
that sounds like a massive change to the game that would be really outlandish to try and force through right now, its not too important. The mechanics of how warfare on sea and on land is a better thing to focus on, a designer isn't going to make the game better
@@holydoggo4822 The Victorian Era to Dreadnaughts is probably the most fascinating Naval era in history and the mechanics + the systems now are boring as watching paint dry. There is so much potential.
Im gonna be completely honest i think that you guys should add more formable nations. I think this because although I know Victoria 3 is an economic based game it would also be nice to build up my economy while having a challenge to do at the sametime.
Yeah, from 1900 on, it mostly doesn't gives me thrills.
guys if possible with the engine, you can have the map representing always the nr1 great power, UK with Britannia and a Lion, USA with the founding fathers and/or uncle Sam & Bald eagles, Russia with a bear or Peter the Great etc
Was thinking of playing V3, but now I guess I'll wait til this lands.
bro wait 2 years
I cant wait, eu4 became boring, hoi4 warfare too hard, ck3 not interested….. i have nothing to play 😢
@@zed3443 CK3 agot mod
I was gonna start playing Japan after my current run of Stellaris. But there's a massive Stelaris update coming in 9 days so I guess I'll stick w/ that and play France in a month or so.
do youhearhe peoplesimg/when the beat of the drum eqauls the beat of the heart
Please add the Canadian Fur Trade!
Paradox, I crave for more data and spreadsheets! And moddable sorting for important stuff!
If there are parts written in Spanish, it's because I'm using a translator, I really love your game
How do I tell which version of Vicky I have?
When is the release of Victoria 4? I'm so tired of waiting!
Rumors says it will release on the PS3, but we don’t know when
Selamat Subuh dari Bandung Baraya haha
Sending agitators to other countries in order to influence their internal politics and stability is a great first step, but I think you need to keep working on integrating foreign and internal politics. IGs should care about who you form rivalries and alliances with.
Foreign Legion mechanic when?!
When they finish the issue of Asia and Europe and North America in victory3, please improve the Peru Bolivian confederation because being in the Peru sphere within Bolivia in 10 years when they come together the flag does not change but the one who annexed it stays, that is, Bolivia, If they could with the great Colombia, why not with this South American country where I live, that is, Peru, the victoria 2 mods from gfm or hpm did it in a fantastic way
what is the release date?
Seria mejor It would be better that after this package to France and political agitation they take up the issue of Austria and Hungary because as time passes, Austria-Hungary is not created a very important nation in history
J'ai hate que le dlc sorte !
Thanks for selling us a barebones game and then selling us bits and pieces of the real game.
I will NEVER buy another Paradox title as long as I live.
You deserve to go out of business.
your authority is wasted, why don't you use it ?
Because they don't play this game regularly
I think it's inaccurate to not accept agitators from unaccepted cultures, because Sun Yat Sen trained republican militants in the US despite Chinese people not being accepted here in the US.
mostly negative
VIVE LA FRANCE, PUTAN
ET VIVE L'EMPEREURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
L'oginons

@@ellidominusser1138 Putain oui ! J'adore les oignons
@@BlackHawk2b bro, I'm learning french in school, and I just put your word putain into google translate cause I didn't know what it meant and then the word wh*re came out. Can you tell me what putain means?
"wh*re yes! I love (the) onions
Hitler should be available, no?
Probably not. Political agitation and agitators related to nationalism, culture, and secession will come at a later date they said. For example Gandhi won’t be included just yet, and I would assume Hitler would be the same
What a joke
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORING
Commie DLC pack. No thanks. Or add also other historical persons like Italian boy and painter, otherwise it looks like censoring.
wtf
@@dogukan127 Did I stutter? What the hell are you wondering about? They promote Lenin and other commies as hot cupcakes. I say bring in all the radicals. Why choose just left wing.
What the hell are you talking about? Socialist and communist revolutionaries were a huge part of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Many of these people are the reason many countries today have labour laws and restrictions on children working in mines and factories. Also, "commie"? Please, this isn't the 70s.
bro like half this dlc is deciding on different kings lmao
So what??? I’m sure when the Russia dlc eventually drops it will be centered around the Soviet Union. Like it or not socialism and communism were major political forces in the 19th century Europe. The French commune existed in real life it actually happened. chill out the game isn’t forcing you to be communist.
Another dlc that offers almost nothing new. No, thank you.
