The most Delicious Matoke Curry you will Have

  • In this video I demonstrate how to make a delicious non meat dish that Kenyans love but I've made it a little differently by adding flavour from the improved curry powder from Tropical Heat and some peanut butter which make the dish rich and wholesome. You can skip the peanut butter if you don't have some or like it and maybe use some coconut cream instead or skip it all together.

    Never add salt before the bananas cook and are tender. Adding salt earlier makes them hard.
