What I love about this workout is that it’s not all just variations of curls and tricep extensions. I never would’ve thought how challenging and effective balancing a dumbbell in one hand would be. Lord! But I’ve already seen and felt results after a month of running this routine 3 or 4 times a week.

For anyone trying this, please be extra careful on the forearm rollup exercises.
If you accidentally tense your wrist, like I did, you might be unable to do dumbells for months. After doing this video a couple of times i've not been able to lift a dumbell in 3 months, so please be careful!

Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. @@samazwe If you're new, go to a store and ask for help, that's your best option. That's not the kind of answer you'll get from the Internet. Otherwise you might buy dumbbells that are too light and won't do anything, or too heavy and hurt yourself.

I love this one because it's designed to fit perfectly in with his no equipment challenges. By design when you do those, your triceps and shoulders take a hammering, while your bi's can only be worked so much. So I like to do supplemental dumbbell workouts for them. But I also like to do some supplemental tricep work to hit them more completely. This one leans more on the biceps, but with enough extra tricep work to hit all three heads without overworking them in the bigger scope of the workout challenge.
Bully this is perfect timing! I just got a new pair of dumbbells yesterday and I can't wait to try them out with this workout 💪

I have a question and I am not sure if you will read this or not but , my question is : do you ever put out like a workout routine.
Example : Monday chest arms, Tuesday back, Wednesday legs etc. it is it just best to certain things daily.
