This is awesome. I do this 5 min. And the other one during my 2 breaks & lunch WFH. I use 9lb dumbbells. It’s easy for me to follow, you get straight to the point and that’s what I need/require.

@@spiritualjalen220 actually, that’s not true. It all depends on diet, and the amount of sets and reps you do. The heavier the dumbbell, the stronger you will get of course, but not necessarily bigger

Bully: do we need to do a light warm up first? Yrs ago I injured my bicep tendon inside the the elbow joint and it tends to flare up with a workout if I don't warm up in some way. Tks. Love all your vids!
