      Tutorials needed - working through fear maybe? I have stag leg handstand but only hold for a couple of seconds. Have forearm tuck jump and working on forearm straddle. I fell out of a handstand last year, landed on my slipped discs and crippled myself for 3 days.

      all though my one arm looks like I'm a drunk pirate at high seas. would be really great to see a bridge to Mexican handstand tutorial as am really struggling with that and feels like I'm years away from getting it

    I'm having trouble leaning my shoulders in a handstand to counter the weight from falling... my legs aren't following my shoulders... don't know what to do

      Practice slide away & chest to wall to improve the control I'd say

    Idk why im good at straight arm presses feels easier than bent arm press and im also not good at kick ups
