I've said this before about this dude. He is 100% right on everything I've ever heard him talk about dealing with VA claims. He gives you the information to be successful for filing your claims. It's all about educating yourself and he's one of the best at doing that for you!
I was 90 percent. Filed for tdiu, I was decreased to 70. I still qualified for tdiu. I filed an hlr and I got approved for tdiu or IU.
Why did they decrease you, if you don’t mind me asking? I’m 90% & just filed IU as well.
This makes me very nervous, I'm at 90% and just filed and they have scheduled me for another Back exam and Mental health exam. Makes me wonder if I should have even filed?? Do you happen to know why ?
Jordan. Thank you. Did it with your selfless contributions here on youtube. Have been following you for 3 years now and you singlehandedly have the biggest influence as to my recent reception of 100%.
Thank you my man.
My brother! Dropping knowledge!
Thank you. You are such a cool dude
Have you done, or will you do, a similar video about P&T, please? I have a good job so I miss one of the main requirements for TDIU. So I may well satisfy the requirements for P&T.
90% but denied tdiu x2 but favorable findings of claim lists my SCD. I went out on dbl from work for bilateral mastectomy and had to not have any restrictuons when i came back for my job. When i was finally cleared to go back to work i had restrictions from my scd- but work said because i have restrictions my employment was over. I have college degree for the job i had. The hospital was kind and looked for ANY job (incl. sedentary) for me to do, even if i wasnt qualified for it and NONE were within my restrictions. If i cant sit to earn, i cant sit to learn. Agent hasnt returned call or email from February to assist with what i might not be explaining/understanding to correct and resubmit. Im at a loss
Has anyone filed TDIU online on their own?
…
Did you file online using the quick submit option? Or
…
Did you file online as a primary condition that got worse? Or
…
Did you file online as a secondary?
…
Or is there an option to file online that says TDIU specifically?
Hi Jordan wanted to reach out to you, I'm currently at 70% and I'm submitting two more claims I need help in just writing my personnel statements is there a way of just getting help for that.
Hello Jordan, I’m having problems getting diagnosed for what I want to claim. You don’t offer IMO’s so am wondering how your service package could help me. I need help getting diagnosed. Thanks.
Never answered my question so not going with you.
I’m in sales when someone ask you a question you answer it.
I heard you cannot work or make any money. So I am going for 100% P.And t
Jordan good stuff but TDIU is not good especially now. You cannot live on it
I can live just fine on $3800
Yeah it would be tough to live in the States on that, many vets are relocating to low cost of living countries
Give me 3800.00 a month I can show you how to live
@@vaclaimsacademy I moved to Philippines. Between SS and 90% VA (and climbing), I’m living large
You are an awesome teacher/explainer
