Growth & Gratitude Yoga Challenge Week 3: Fire / Heat

- Hello hello and welcome back to my 5 Elements #GrowthAndGratitudeChallenge !
I'm teaming up with Alo Yoga X Alo Moves to bring you 5 weeks of yoga flows and challenges, giving you the opportunity to win prizes!
Each Monday (Australian time) I will release a short new yoga flow here on my youtube channel for you to follow along to and flow with. Each week, the flow will have a different theme - one of the five elements (Space, Air, Fire, Water, Earth). And the flow will be structured around an element and designed to inspire you to create positive shifts with that element in mind.
Throughout the week I will be encouraging to to post your own yoga pics (any pose you like!!) to your instagram and tag @sjanaelise @alo.moves @aloyoga and hashtag #GrowthAndGratitudeChallenge and I will select one person each week to win a full Alo Yoga outfit (1x top/sports bra and 1x Leggings/shorts) as well as a 6 month FREE subscription to Alo Moves - so you can flow along to all sorts of flows and teachers right in your own home!! Woohoo!

I'm so excited to do this tonight! I love your flows, I find them easy to remember and flow with. It gives me a chance to focus on my breath! Yoga = life. It's my savior as well.

I look forward to flowing with you before I start my day. This flow was fiery for sure! I found the pace a little difficult to follow, perhaps you could do a new fire/heat flow with a pace that is a bit easier to follow for beginner-intermediate yogis :)
I feel really grounded, thank you for this flow! 🌺❤️ But I am struggling a lot with cow pose, my hips are super tight. Do you have any tips, modifications or other exercises you would recommend doing?
