For this tutorial you will need:
- sewing machine
- ruler
- scissors

- strapping or extra fleece
- hooks

Made this tonight for our new babies. I love your tutorials! I think it's so wonderful that not only do you make the product available for purchase but you share these amazing step by steps. My kids love Minecraft and have named the babies Flint and Steel, I wanted to make custom things for them with Minecraft fabric and this was a great first project. Thumbs up!

I have the material, I’ve got a ‘sewing machine’ but I’ve never used one before so wish me luck. Your instructions were fantastic so if anything goes wrong it’s gonna be my fault! You have inspired me so got to give it a try! My ferrets will love it no matter what, they are as daft as I am 🤪
MrThewolfie you can definitely do it! If you need any help setting up the machine, just search CZcams for a tutorial, I literally taught myself how to sew about 4 years ago by watching CZcams videos!!!

Where did you get the swivel straps?
Also what type of strapping is that? Did you get it at the fabric store?
I got this hooks on Amazon. They have them at the craft store but they’re usually ridiculously expensive unless you have a coupon.

What sewing machine do you use?
I was using the singer quantum stylist 9960, which I absolutely love, but it’s in the shop at the moment. After four years the timing needed to be adjusted. I recently bought a Bernina because I needed a machine that could keep up with all the sewing I do. I spend at least 2-4 hours a night sewing for my Esty shop. I actually have a video coming up at 2pm today of me unboxing it. I’m also thinking about doing some sewing tutorials, using my singer and the new machine. Like how to clean the machine, thread the bobbins ect.. but I’m not sure how interested people would be since my channel is mainly about small pets.
