Hello from New Orleans. I'm just starting to take on languages. I am starting with Spanish and I'm not sure where i should go from there. Do you find that one language is best to start with and do you have a recommendation on what to try after Spanish? I don't really have a preference but i am leaning toward Japanese next. I always lived listening to other languages but like my brain has the hardest time learning languages. The most i got was some ASL. I did duo lingo 2 years and 6 years of spanish in school and i still can only do food.... im so jelly of him being so good at it.
If you travel again try ICN Korea because they have showers and break up the flight. You may also shorten the flight through Amsterdam with the option of a long layover. I believe these are the 2 best routes to Asia and the best options for airports. I also believe 24 days should be the minimum stay or high percentage of time spent on the adventure is on a plane. With 30 days you can avoid violating the hotel and condominium laws and rent an apartment and live less like a tourist and closer to the real people.
