- This full length barre workout will sculpt and tone every muscle! Suggested props to get the most out of this workout include: light weights, a bender ball (mini Pilates ball), and the loop resistance band.
This Barre workout is inspired by ballet, yoga, Pilates, and general fitness. If you need an hour long, full body workout, complete with warm-up and cool down, this is the perfect sweat session.

I also hold fitness challenges quarterly (we just finished one and the next is in January 2023), which are a lot of fun!
Is this a pilates focus class? Can they be done all standing?
