Total Body Barre / In Person Class Recording
Welcome to total body barre! This is a live recording of an in-studio class, held at a local dance studio. Be prepared for some interruptions (my daughter's heading to their dance class, moving of the camera as we head to the barre, conversations with students), but also be prepared for an entertaining and effective workout!
This is a 30 minute in class using the bender ball (mini Pilates ball), booty band, and weights. I use between 4-5 lb. weights.

This 20 minute workout will work your upper body using a set of light-medium weights. I'm using my 4 lb. dumbbells and recommend anywhere from 3-6 lb. weights depending on your experience and current fitness level. This workout is designed for all bodies at all levels of fitness. Hi Coach Elizabeth! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but could not even last 6 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped😟 My MIL did the full video 2x times using 12 lb dumbbells! Her biceps bulge like yours and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated.

Hey i like your cheerfulness, the video quality is also good. Funny enough I make similar fitness vids to you, a couple criticisms to improve the quality: (1) The music sounds off, your speaker or whatever is playing the music is sitting too close to a wall or maybe the camera because the bass is coming out awkwardly. (2) You speak loud and clearly which is good, but you are further away from the camera than your music source and it's competing with your voice a little when the bass comes out. (3) It's more work, but on specific moves having a zoom in or another camera angle will be appreciated by the viewer. Anyways best of luck in future vids, I gave you a thumbs up :D
