The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man full queue cartoon

- I was just at Universal's Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida and was lucky enough to get to go on my favorite ride once more and now it is better than ever before! I'm talking about The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, of course; which very recently received HD enhancements which just make the best even better. There's even 4 times Stan Lee is in the ride now!
Anyway, I love the cartoon which plays while you wait in line walking through the Daily Bugle and I wanted to save the entire thing because I'm sure others would like to be able to watch it as well. I was able to record the most of this early in the morning right after the park opened and before everyone got there, so for the most part this video is pretty audible. Just please excuse the very beginning, which is from another take later in the day and in turn harder to make out. The rest is ok, though!
This 30 minute animated 'newscast' was created by Galaxy Digimation in 1998/1999 for Universal Studios and can be broken into 4 different segments which are played in the 4 different rooms of the queue.
Part 1 (Daily Bugle entrance) You are introduced to the Daily Bugle on a tour and the vehicle which you will consequently ride in as fate will have it.
Part 2 (Daily Bugle offices) A 'live' newscast is playing as New York City is befallen to terror and chaos from a group of supervillains!
Part 3 Due to the staff missing, J. Jonah Jameson drafts you into the perilous city and get the story.
Part 4 (loading dock) Before you board the high tech Scoop vehicle you get the lowdown on it, being first field test and all.

Fun Fact: While Dr Octopus claims that he invented the Anti-Gravity Cannon, a tie-in comic book reveals that he was lying; the device was actually built at Stark Industries, and Doc Ock merely stole it.

Why that doesnt surprise me ? Any tech invented by tony stark any villian will do anything to steal it and im starting to question the safety measured of stark industries cuz its like that company is prone to tech stealing thefts
@@Rblaster-dm9nu Marvel put out a comic to promote IOA’s opening that featured Hulk, Dr. Doom, and Spider Man. While the Hulk story was just a random adventure that had nothing to do with the ride, the other two stories served as prologues to their respective character’s rides.

And hydro man was voiced by Bill Fagerbakke the voice of Patrick and one time voiced a reindeer on The Wild Thornberrys
Another thing that’s ironic was the Bill voice Martin bench in spectacular Spider-Man and he was supposed to become hydro man in season 3

This honestly looks like the 1996 cartoon mixed with Todd McFarland's Spider-Man comic book.

They better not change this, this is so entertaining and true to the comics (except how they made scream a mindless "alien") There's action, drama (when spidey saves the kid and the news anchor reacts) and most importantly, tons of funny moments. spiderman is actually competent and his villians are scary and not a joke (something today's writers struggle to grasp)

This ride is a must if you go back, my friend! It blows me away, no other ride blends together all the effects so well for me like this one does and makes it all seem so real and seamless.

It aged almost as badly as the 90's cartoon too. You have to admit that the villains' goal and method in this ride are stale. Holding a national monument with a ridiculously complex weapon for ransom so they can take over the city and later the world, seriously?
I remember riding this as a kid when the park first opened. We waited in line for a couple hours but I didn't care because I thought the walk through of the line was so cool! The ride was even cooler! Good times
This Doc Ock is just Professor Membrane after he came out of The Florpus.

Oh man, they cut some of the queue cartoon up since? I believe for a handful of years after 9/11 they stopped showing the main newscast section with the villains attacking the city (which is pretty important story stuff) and then they restored it all, as it appears in this.

It was April 2012 when i first went to universal studios in Orlando I legit thought it was the ultimate Spider-Man cartoon and I thought they were advertising it only to realize that it was the ride queue when I saw the sinister syndicate I knew electro,hydroman,hobgoblin and doc ock but I did not know anything about scream (venom, carnage and toxin were the only symbiotes I knew about). Seriously for a ride queue this animation looks amazing why didn’t they make a show using this animation I’d watch it looks better than the 2017 cartoon even the voice acting is pretty good and having Rodger bumpass voice both squidward and doctor octopus is just ironic

How the heck did you flipping manage to do this!? I've been on that ride about a gazillion times and I never could watch more than a few seconds of this because the line would start moving. Anyway, I pretty much have the key parts memorized because I've went on this so many times, and thanks for giving me some good memories again!
Haha, got in there at opening one morning and was able to stand around pretty freely to record these, only a few people would be walking through the queue and I was out of the way!

The only female Spidey villain I could think of from that time was Shriek, and even then, she's not that well-known. At least she's fought the webhead more times than Scream who only fought Spider-Man once.

The only actor who voices the same character in the cartoon is the guy who did Doctor Octopus.

When I watch this kind reminds me of Saban Spider Man. For those in the Philippines since the pandemic will end this year because of the vaccine rollout including here in the Philippines. In 1995 in the ending of, Ang TV the movie spoilers. The kids saw a man sitting down and the man looks at the camera wearing a cap of Spider Man the new animated series from Saban. It was aired on ABS CBN back in November or December of 1995, this right after the typhoon. The original Spider Man was first aired on City2 television in 1981 or 84
Yeah I know. I think they should change it. Doc Ock isn't wearing that same old costume anymore and doesn't fit with the ride anymore. Plus the animation style is from the 90's series.

You mean Scream. And the color grading makes Doc Ock’s yellow look orange.
Originally the villain roster included Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Vulture, Mysterio, and Venom but I guess Universal decided to go with characters who were more popular in the 90s cartoon while also replacing Venom for Scream because they wanted a girl villain

scream is Venom older sister but scream she was having problems with other ppl as a human but nobody cared about her or notice her and she was sleep on a stormy rainy night and this black red and orange stuff that look like some evil demon stuff but it when down her throat and made her have a reaction but. UGH it's a long story u gotta watch the episodes again to find out but I know who SCREAM is she's misunderstanding

Even though "The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man" has a page on IMDb, I don't think anyone has identified the other voices in this cartoon outside of Chris Edgerly's portrayal of Spider-Man and J. Jonah Jameson and Rodger Bumpass' portrayal of Doctor Octopus. I couldn't even recognize the voice of the Mayor of Manhattan.
They mainly focused on the characters in the ride itself rather than in the queue, such as Bill Fagerbakke as Hydro-Man, Jim Wise as Electro, and Candi Milo as Scream.
