- Ankle dorsiflexion limitations and ankle impingement are common issues with many people. Using a monster band or mobility band ankle dorsiflexion mobilizations can be very helpful.

I so need this! I am a truck driver whose experiencing sciatica in my non driving leg(left). I will do this and the many other exercises you have posted.
I would suggest specifically also the sciatic nerve floss as well if you are experiencing sciatica issues with driving. Also make sure you have a low back support in your truck as your leg pain could be coming from your back.
