The Best Foot Exercise.

  • Having strong foot can only be a benefit and the best exercise around is the short foot. This strength and endurance exercise can be utilized with tons of other lower extremity exercises from single leg balance to squats. It can take time to progress but putting in time will help. Typically best done barefoot but socked in a shoe will also help. In this video I talk about the short foot exercise and tips to ensure it’s done well.
