Daily Full Body Controlled Articular Rotations Routine

  • Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) are a set of end range mobility movements that can be utilized for rehabilitation, improved mobility and general range of motion control. This full body routine, designed by the instructors at Functional Range Conditioning, only takes approximately 5 minutes and is a great way to improve and maintain mobility throughout the body. Typically, suggested completing 5 repetitions in each direction slow and controlled. However, long repetition counts can also be helpful.       If doctors knew about them I would hope many would see a benefit. Hardest thing it to get people to actually take the 5 minutes out of their day.
