I really like this home baking recipe. Now the biggest challenge is finding my 8x8 pan 🥘
You can use 9x9 or even a smaller pan. The squares just would be thicker or smaller. I hope you get to make some, they are so good!! Bonita

So quick, so easy and so yummy!! I made 2 batches....one just coconut and one with some lemon juice and lemon zest because I love the combination of coconut and lemon. Wonderful tea treat!

I love alone but I'll do my very best to finish them off -lol I 'should' just make a 1/2 recipe in a 4x8 pan.
I just took mine out of the oven. I doubled the recipe and mine are diabetic friendly. They are beautiful and not sure if I can wait for them to cool!

This recipe sounds really good! I'm like Raymond: I like anything with coconut in it. I do have a question about the recipe, though. For the crust, is it 2 cups of flour AFTER it has been sifted or 2 cups of flour BEFORE it gets sifted? Thanks for the recipe and your help.

Hi, my New Fundland friends. I love coconut so I will give this recipe a try. My husband and I will be having house guest 3:33 next month for 14 days....yes, I said 14 days. That means 3 meals a day. That means a lot of cooking but I don't mind as I have started preparing this week. Anything I can make ahead of time and freeze helps me out later on. This recipe might be just the ticket. I have baked for 5 days straight... I think I died and went to heaven. 10 different kinds of cookies. Plus a variety of pies, crisps and cakes. There will be plenty as whoever shows up at my home will leave with a goodie bag. I can't remember the last time I bought a loaf of bread.....I do have a question for you if you could help me out. If I prepare homemade cinnamon rolls, can I freeze them and bake them for breakfast for my company or will the yeast die off in the freezer. I make cinnamon rolls often, but I bake them and eat them immediately. I don't want to get up early just to mix up cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Your answer would be helpful to me. You can freeze them.
Hi Kathy, Sorry I just seen your message...I'm excited for you to be getting ready for guest coming and you are thinking ahead to prepare. Yes of course you can make the cinnamon rolls and freeze the dough prepared rolls. Remove it the night before and keep them in your fridge until the morning and take them out to continue thawing and rising before you bake them. These coconut Creams can be made and baked then put into a container with a lid and frozen as well. Have a wonderful visit with your company and Happy Easter. :) Bonita
