Longsword highlights - Swordmaster 3 and ŚKUNKS, may 2024

Footage comes from Historical Fencing tournaments at ,,Swordmaster 3" and ,,ŚKUNKS" events held may 2024. Enjoy :) Hope this serves as example of some longsword techniques in action and historical fencing footage somewhat pleasing to watch. At ŚKUNKS Ruleset was half-continuous: limb strikes didn't stop the fight, that's why some exchanges or distance may look weird. Last four exchanges are from my clubmates Maciej and Piotr.

I fought in this ruleset two times, and ultimately don't like it. People ignore threatening to arms and no point limits is exhausting, both things make it also more prone to injuries. The atmosphere is great thou, and they like to experiment. If you have something in mind for workshop you could contact them and visit next year or somethin ;) I did messer workshop this year. You need to have in mind thou that the hall has some echo and participants are on very different levels.
