Super model? Uh.... anyway, her face now has too much chin. With her slimmed cheeks, her chin is out of proportion. In 10 years when she is 50, she will need fillers because her muscle structure isn’t going to stay in place forever. Collagen will decrease, those cheeks will sag. She will need a lower face lift. Hopefully all the fat wasn’t removed, but it looks like a lot was taken out. Such a shame. Many board certified surgeons will not do these types of vanity projects anymore, removing the fat is a future problem creator.
I'm 35 and I thought my cheeks would hallow out but they seem to be getting FATTER as I get older. I'm a healthy 130lbs and 5'4" who works out daily and I can't seem to lose fat on my face. Considering getting this. And hearing that this is a good procedure for Hispanics is relieving. I've been called George Lopez my entire life ugh.
It looks like she got the apples of her cheeks removed, not the lower cheeks.

When you are a baby your cheek muscles aren’t strong enough to generate a ton of suction to get milk so the buccal fat helps. Once you’re older you no longer need it functionally! 😉
For the same reason that he gives you an appendix, tail bone, cancer cells, and so on: he doesn't exist.
