Why donât they suggest this prior to c sections?
Do i need prescription to purchase bactroban??
Question: just watched video on breast lift types. Had a previous consult where it was recommended for a vertical lift. However based on the video my nipple projection is a grade 2 at best. I do have dense breast and some sagging do to weight loss. What would you recommend? I also want to do an implant depending on how much tissue is removed. I like my current size. I can avoid a vertical lift that would be awesome because I am prone to hypertrophic scarring. Thanks
Thank you Doctor William for your information. I drink Matcha. Matcha is green tea. After having a brrast lift with implants, when can I drink Matcha again? And Wheat grass? When can I take the supplements again? Thank you Doctor William
Thank you for this information Dr. Williams. Iâd like to know, if you are diagnosed with Capsular Contracture, what is the time frame to have it corrected or taken care of? I am 2 wks post op.
It is impossible to have a capsular contracture 2 weeks after surgery.
Could I use bactroban before rhinoplasty?
Would you still need to use bactroban if youâve had mrsa swabs up the nose and there come back negative?
You wouldn't have to at that point.
Do you use a Keller tunnel ?
Yes, I do use a Keller Funnel to place all of the implants.
Do we use the bactroban 5days daily?
Before surgery I have my patients use Bactoban everyday.
I want to ask you what you think about my situation. I have 1 hard swollen breast after breastaugmentation for the second time and grade 4 capsule removal. I had no drains after surgery. The breast is larger and very rounded at the top and sits higher than the other breast, it has been three weeks now. The other breast feels good and soft. I don't know what to do! My PC says he is not going to do anything about it and will first wait another 6 weeks, then he wants to see it again. He does not want to do a puncture because he is afraid of hitting the prosthesis. I feel very bad about it, because I also had problems on this side for years and now again.
Sorry to hear that. There is a technique to reduce the chance of developing a capsular contracture where the implant is wrapped in Strattice and the chance of developing another capsular contracture with this technique is almost zero. I'm not saying this applies in your case but maybe something to at least discuss with your surgeon.
@@DrWilliamMiamiwhich exact stratice should be used for that ?
No shaving, what about waxing
