Not sure where you are but the second use store in Seattle has the melamine board for $30 a sheet. It’s very heavy (dense) so great for bench tops.

Awesome work! Would love to see the router section more closely and in more detail. Undermount bracket, which Im assuming came with the ring on top?
I will do a follow up video focusing on the features more than the construction. The ring on top came with my Grizzly table saw
And the square plate I took off an old portable Craftsman router table. You could just screw a router base to the underside of the bench also.
