When I first started building AR's 3 years ago the first duck part I ordered was a dimpled ODG LSFA. I was astonished by the speed of shipping compared to other vendors. When it arrived the crap lighting in my garage and my bad eyes made the color look more fde in my eyes. On a Sunday morning I emailed FCD Customer Support asking if I had received an fde. 5 minutes later I get a phone call and it's Roger! I was blown away by the response.
Turns out it was ODG after I took the part outside, but he said he'd send me one if needed. I was amazed how awesome Roger and his company responded. His part designs are engineered impeccably and their function and form are next level. I'm a customer for life. Thanks Roger and team.

Roger is the best person I have ever dealt with in the gun industry, let alone any industry. He’s done me many a favor he didn’t have to but that is just who he is. That’s why my last gun is 95% fcd. Amazing quality!

Emailed Forward Controls to ask a quick question. Roger emailed me back in less than 2 minutes. Super friendly and awesome guy. And yes, the FCD ambi safety selector is the best selector on the market…..period.

Cool video. My lastest ADM build uses alot of FCDs dimpled parts plus it goes with my RailScales MiniDot grips. DimpleGang
Can’t say enough good stuff about both companies. Had a part missing from a order I made through BTO a few months back emailed BTO the day I received my order and that same day BTO had shipped the missing component. Every time I have emailed FCD I’ve received a reply from Rodger within 24 hrs. I get some shit sometimes from buddies for my “overpriced” goose parts but for me the products are well thought out and the customer service is top notch so it’s worth it.
